Mitch is the BEST! Our advice, do not bother with anyone else. Call and make the appointment to meet him. You may think it’s not convenient but you CAN NOT beat his service and their prices are as good or better than anyone else you will find. We needed a new mattress for our condo and he took us through our options with absolutely no hard sell then delivered even quicker than we had hoped. You will understand why these guys have the rating they they do!

Awesome people and products! Just bought four new mattresses for the Mahina Surf. Delivered and quickly installed just a few days after ordering. I normally get new beds from the other side but have had to deal with deliveries only one day a week to the West side. Maui Bed Store can deliver same day! The appointment to inspect the in-​stock beds and options saved me time. I worked with Mitchell who also helped deliver the beds. Above and beyond my expectations on price, quality, and service. If you are on the West side or Kihei don’t buy a bed without checking out the Maui Bed Store!

We have a couple of condos on Kaanapali Beach and while doing our maintenance run we felt the mattress in one unit needed to be replaced. Instead of driving over to Kahului we found Maui Bed Store just a few minutes away. Mitch met us at their store and we tested all of the beds he recommended. He explained all about the different mattresses and which ones would be best for our use. We found the perfect one and they had it delivered in 2 hours! It is REALLY hard to get service like that on Maui and to get a delivery so quickly. They are all super nice people and know their products. When we visit again next year and replace the other unit’s mattress we will be call the Maui Bed Store again for sure! AND their prices were terrific!

Product, service, and prices can’t be beat! We shopped at all of the furniture stores in Maui before finding Maui Bed Store. They don’t have set hours like a retail location but you call to schedule an appointment and someone will meet you at their warehouse /​showroom. We called late afternoon on a Friday and they said no problem. Dino and Mitch met us there, were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. We found exactly what we were looking for within minutes unlike every other store we went to and bought two queen beds with mattresses and some great microfiber sheets. The product quality and styles are fantastic. We asked how quickly we could have it delivered since we were sleeping on our pullout couch and expected that it wouldn’t be for at least three or so days since it was late Friday. Dino immediately said he thought they could deliver early the very next day — Saturday of all days. If you’ve lived on Maui you know how remarkable that type of service is. Dino and Mitch met us promptly at the expected time, moved the beds in and assembled them, and cleaned up quickly.
I rarely give 5 stars for service but this was one of those experiences that was flawless at every step. I wouldn’t shop for a bed anywhere else on Maui and plan on going back to get a set of twin beds. Thanks Dino and Mitch, Maui Bed is lucky to have guys like you working for them.

Nothing but excellent service! Needed a new mattress, and did not want to drive all the way to Kahului. Called Maui Bed Store, made an appt with Dino within the hour. (Do NOT let the appt only part deter you, he was open and flexible with my schedule!)
Meet with Dino and he asked all the right questions, then he suggested several mattresses for me to try out. Picked out the perfect one! Set up a delivery for the following day. He arrived right on time and hauled old mattress away. The price was even lower than mattresses I had seen advertised. Will definitely return when purchasing my next mattress!

In February, I purchased a mattress from the Maui Bed Store in Lahaina and had it delivered later in the week. Although the staff was very professional, the product was far below my expectations. The mattress that was delivered to my home was incredibly uncomfortable and had several spots with large springs out of place and sticking up where your back would lay. I called Maui Bed Store and was told there were not refunds or returns and that I would have to go through the process of calling the manufacturer and using the warranty to possibly get a replacement. This required filling out pages of paperwork and trying to get a hold of the manufacturer. After sleeping on this uncomfortable bed and waiting a month to hear a response, I was finally able to have the bed replaced. However, the bed I received appeared to be a different bed entirely. This bed was instead a dull gray, appeared older and dingy, and the pillow top was not at all the quality that I had originally purchased. At this point, I decided to just keep the mattress to avoid dealing with this company any further. Now, only several months later, the fair quality of this mattress has completely shown through. The springs have begun pressing through, and the topper has holes throughout the seams of the low quality fabric. Considering the very little use the mattress has received, this is incredibly disappointing. In the future I will not recommend or buy from Maui Bed Store because of the low quality I have received. Spend the extra money, and go elsewhere. This place isn’t worth it.

We recently purchased a vacation rental condo on Maui. Once we arrived to stay ourselves, we realized the current double bed was less than desirable and our manager suggested a king. The thought of mattress shopping while on vacation was not exciting, Did some research and found Maui Bed Store. DONT LET the appointment only scare you– seriously. Called made an appointment that day –Dino meant us and was very helpful and knowledgeable. We purchased a bed, it was delivered and set up the next day, on schedule and he hauled the old one away– so, if you need to buy a new bed in Maui and don’t want to hassle or feel pressure and want a fair deal, this is your best bet. As a business owner on the mainland, I greatly appreciate the service and convenience.

I had to get rid of my old mattress that was given me a back pain. Patrick was super cool, explained everything clearly and helped me make a good decision for my needs. Mahalo

Love this place, they have great service. I knew what mattresses I already wanted and the attendant showed me what was in stock, there was no pushy buy it now attitude.
Best of all I did the same day delivery option, they had it to my house within 40 minutes of leaving the place. :)

I have had 2 experiences with maui bed store .
The 1^st I had just moved to maui and they sold. Me a bed for a great price .
After 3yrs of use I felt it was time to upgrade my mattress. I went in and explained how I sleep and what I wanted. The TALL guy explained all the pros and cons of every mattress. I ended up buying a great mattress (Sealy Posturepedic Daniel Lakes CUSHION-​FIRM Euro Pillow-​Top). I’m really really happy with the service and with this mattress I. Suggest every one get one.

I called Dino on Sunday afternoon and within the hour, he called me back and set up an appointment for the following morning at 9am. He didn’t try to upsale us for the sake of making more money. In fact, he recommended a better bed, skip the box spring because he saw it would be better for our needs. He even offered to deliver it THAT DAY. We were in and out in about 20 minutes, feeling good about ourselves and our purchases and feeling even better about Dino and his business. GREAT JOB. HIGHLY recommended. Will buy all our beds from Maui bed store from now on.

Saw a CL add for this company, called them and found out it’s by appointment only? Truthfully was hesitant at first, but glad I made it.
There wasn’t much sales pressure, relaxed and helpful experience. I was pleasantly surprised by the pricing, far lower than a couple of other stores me and the wife visited. Great selection of in-​stock mattress’s, probably the largest we were able to find. We were able to get delivery (purchased 3 mattress sets) for free within a day or so with no hick-​ups. Definitely would go there again. Not what I expected initially.

This place is awesome. I am a professional recording artist, was in town for some gigs. Went in looking for a comfortable mattress, came out a truly happy customer. The owner was more than helpful, not pushy and did everything he could to make sure my experience was quality. I recommend this place to anyone. Best deal and best staff out of every other place I visited.

By far the best place to get your bed in probably all of Hawaii. Great service, and we got the beds we wanted to fit our budget. I highly recommend going here to get what you need.

Simply… loved it. Visit this place if you need a new mattress. We looked and looked to furnish our vacation rental bedrooms in Wailea… lucked out and found these guys. Had the beds delivered next day and no complaints from guests since then. Great service and easy transaction. We were left alone, they weren’t pushy… a big ++ in my opinion. Had all kinds of different styles for what we were looking for, I think we spent less than $ 1,400 on two complete queen sets. For California standards, might not be unheard of, but trust me… for Hawaii that’s CHEAP.
Give them a shot! You won’t be sorry.

I manage vacation rentals in Kihei. I have been working with the Maui Bed Store ever since I discovered their Kihei office.
I have replaced all the mattresses in our rental units over the course of last year. The quality of the product is great and the prices are the best on island. The service provided by the staff and by the owner of the company is nothing short of fantastic. They are always available, willing to assist and go above and beyond to ensure that their customer is satisfied.
I ended up purchasing a bed from them for my home as well and I am definitely a happy customer.
These last few months the store had been diligently working with our company to find a manufacturer that meets our needs and builds exceptional quality, custom pull-​out couches for our units. We recently received the couches and are very pleased with the quality of the product.

I recently purchased 2 twins and a queen from the Maui Bed Store for my Vacation condo and I could not be happier. The sales person was really helpful with directing me to the best bed style for my guests and the platform I got really adds to the look of my place. I shopped around for a while and they definitely had the best prices. I actually ended up coming in under my budget. One of my guests has even given me a positive review about their bed! I highly recommend the Maui Bed Store to anyone who needs a quality bed at a good price.

This business sucks! I asked for a standard twin bed, they sold me a 36″ X 70″ bed. This is 3″ shy of a standard. When I put the bed in the frame it showed 3 inches of the bed frame. When I tried to return it I got VIBED by the owner and 3 of their employees. They tried to tell me that all TWIN beds are that size. I told them it wasnt the standard size according to Google and I want my my money back. I had to get into a confrontation to return the unused bed and had negative comments made to me by the owner. I then went to Americas Mattress in Kahului and got a great bed with GREAT service from Dale. DO NOT BUY BEDS FROMT THIS COMPANY!
