UFO Parasailing

We left from Kaanapali Beach. The onshore crew was friendly and prepared us to board the dingy to go out to the parasail boat. Justin and Dannie were our crew. We had the boat to ourselves. They were very professional. It is obvious they do this the whole season. They shared their knowledge about the island and answered many of our questions about Maui and Laini. When we went up into the air they handled us really well. We asked to only have our legs dipped and they completely abided by it. We did not get the pictures or video. This didn’t change the experience and they were just as helpful. I would definitely parasail with this company again.

We went fishing with John and Cody and it was an awesome time. They took us to some great fishing spots and made sure we enjoyed ourselves. They were very nice and personable and i recommend if you get the chance to go out and cast the line with these guys.

Thank you Casey, Jerome, and Mark for a wonderful day! We were a party of 6 and rode 2 at a tme, they were informative, safety conscious, and fun!
We paid for «pictures» and got an SD card with over 300 super awesome shots! Way better than we were taking with our phones.

6÷18÷16 My kids and I booked a parasailing trip through UFO, we’ve never been and didn’t know what to expect. From the check in to the boat taking us to the larger boat and then the larger parasailing boat; everyone was very friendly, welcoming and professional. They made sure my kids and I felt safe and we’re having a good time.

My daughter and son recently wanted to parasail. Although they had a great time, there are a few aspects of this excursion that were quite frustrating. Apparently you are not allowed to use your phone to text on the boat while waiting for everyone else to partake, which also means you are not allowed to take pictures. You are allowed to use a GoPro camera however, which makes absolutely no sense. In addition, if you are a mother intending to watch from the beach, you can forget it. The boat goes out so far down the coast that it’s impossible to watch. After it was all said and done, I paid $ 35 for what I thought was an SD card with a copy of my kids’ experience. What I received was a piece of paper that told me that the video would be posted on YouTube in 5 to 10 days. What the heck?! So the video is not personalized in the least and the cost is ridiculous! Not to mention that if you have an issue with your kids being on the web at all, they are out there for the world to see. My kids had a great time and I guess that’s all that matters but in the future I would not recommend this company. If you decide to use this company, my suggestion would be to bring your own GoPro camera to capture your experience.

This was the most amazing experience! Sam and Jamal were wonderful guides. Super safe and the ultimate traveling experience. A definite must do!!!

Ok so here is why I am giving this place a three. I am on vacation I want everything to go smoothly and not have stress. My daughter and niece decided to go parasailing. I called got them in for a 12 pm appt. I paid online to get the 10% discount. I did the pre signing. We watched the video all to have an «express» check in. We were running a little late due to traffic because of a car accident. We called told them that we would not make the 11:30 check in they asked how far we were we told them we would be there by 11:45. We arrived at the parking lot ran out ran they the mall and ran on the sand to get to them. We checked in and no, NO mention they were running behind. None in the phone and none there. The girls did not leave on the boat until 1:09. I have to admit that it was windy today but a little communication would be great. Then we were told that there would be pictures and a video that we could buy. The package would be $ 60. We said ok do we pay now. The guy said no you can pay at the end. Off the girls went. I went to the kid at umbrella (very rude) and asked how long there adventure would be and if I could pay now for the pictures. He said I was supposed to have paid the boat guy, that they can’t take money on the beach and now was too late! WTH. Get it together be on the same page. He had to walkie talkie in so they could have pictures done and then guess what we ended up paying on the beach. Too much unorganized people kids. Not on same page too much stress.

Wow! If you’ve never been parasailing, go for it! Do it through UFO. They were professional, safety conscious and fun at the same time. The original day we were signed up, they took us out on the boat looking for calmer waters but with no luck, they would not take us parasailing, it was too dangerous. We were appreciative of that. We rescheduled for the next morning and were able to go and it was an awesome experience! I highly recommend UFO Parasailing!

This was awesome, we did parasailing we choose to go 1200 vs 800. The captain and crew were awesome. I got a little motion sickness and they made sure I was feeling ok and accommodated me to the best that the could. Also the lady who checked us in on the beach was pretty awesome and welcoming.

Did the 1200 foot sail. Simply amazing! Captain and crew on their game, most magnificent smooth serene sail. Loved loved loved it. Worth every penny and more. Will def do again!!!

Had my day with Cooper V for a day of fishing as recommended and booked thru
. Very disappointed with recommendation.
The guide and crew showed up last to the ramp, the equipment was not the best. The bait was 2 little plastic containers of cut squid, fishing with little size #1 hooks, along with 2 dead mackeral baits. This was after being told by Lil at
before I booked that this guide using live bait caught that morning. Squid is the cheapest, easily obtained bait available and good only for catching small fish.
After 5 hours of going back and froth across between the islands, we caught 1 fish, on the mackeral. Not a fish on with the primary bait, squid, and never even a bite. Not one bite after 5 hours of fishing in Hawaii.
After going to two spots and no bites, the captain of the boat asks the 1^st mate if he has any other ideas where to fish. Pretty sorry.
Overall an amateur guide service. Leave with the feeling I got ripped off for $ 200.

Charter w Captain Jimmy on the Cooper V, Lahaina, Maui rocked 13 fat yellowtail tuna to 25 lbs in 4.5 hours. Capt. jimmy and mate Johnny were awesom, total pros, knew the water and fun. Supposed to be light tackle bottom fishing but got us on the tuna w live mini mackerel baits and we never had time to bottom fish. Other big boats around us skunked out and we had Ahi for everyone. They are Eco conscious and gave free fish to the local old age facility in the ALOHA manner. Find them and go serious fishing ! Jll

Went on the 4 hr bottom fishing tour. Awesome! Mark and Johnny should change the name from fishing to catching! Had a great time and highly recommend booking with them! Will definitely be back!

Overall, we really enjoyed our parasailing experience! Just a few critiques of some things that would have made it better:
Our captain wasn’t the most friendly in the world, only speaking directly to his crewmate and not engaging with the ten customers on the boat. Part of this may be due to one of the customers who received a phone call and took it on the boat, delaying the start time. We had to sail to Lahaina to keep away from the gusting winds.
We paid for the «out of this world» ride, which was 1200 ft and supposed to be 12 minutes for tandem riders. Unfortunately, our ride from start to finish was only 8 minutes, including the take off and return. We know this because we had our own go pro to record the parasail. It was unfortunate since the out of this world is more expensive and they should have given us the full 12 minutes as a tandem ride.
The crew offered to take pictures during our sail, which we requested. It was $ 37.50 and they gave us the full SD card of about 50 photos take during the trip. It was worth it. Be wary though, because we added a $ 5 tip and he ran our card for a $ 25 tip. I noticed immediately and he adjusted the transaction, but I would just be sure the amount is correct.
The parasail overall was fun and worth the time :)

This is a great company. They made us feel comfortable. They are very good at their jobs. They multitask very well too.
There was a man that got seasick in our boat and they got him to shore very timely.
I high recommend them if you visit Maui. We bought the video and pictures and they are really good.

We had a fantastic experience! Our 8, 6, and 4 year old boys loved going up. They keep asking when they can go again. The crew was very professional and we felt very confident with them. We can’t wait to see the video and pictures.

Capt Peyton and Flight Crew Allyson were the bomb. They got us into some smooth waters and clam winds for a spectacular once in a lifetime flight experience!
Highly recommend this activity for anyone visiting Maui!

I booked our reservation through my credit card company not knowing what company we would be working with. When I received the confirmation email I quickly called the company to confirm the time and meeting place. The gal on the phone was friendly and efficient.
We arrived on Kaanapali Beach and found them very easily. We checked in with the young ladies and they were very friendly and talkative.
Once on the main boat the lady tries to sell you photo/​video package, shirts, and hats. We were not interested and they were not pushy. My son had his iphone and she kindly offered to take a few pics of us while we were up in the air. They ask if its ok to dip you into the ocean, we were ok with it. It was nice to cool off in the cool water. I was a bit nervous but I quickly remembered how quiet and peaceful it is high above the ocean and the beach crowds. My son and I had a great time and would recommend booking them.
