We are pleased to announce that we have expanded our operations and now offer airport shuttle services to the Kona International Airport on the Big Island of Hawaii. For your convenience we provide an online reservation system for you to book your transportation to and from the airport.

We’ve used this service in the past to go from Kahului Airport to Kaanapali and have never had a problem, but our experience today made us decide never to use them again. First, we had to wait an undue period of time for the shuttle. When it finally arrived there was virtually no air conditioning and after asking repeatedly for the driver to make it cooler, he finally made a minor adjustment which did little to cool the van off. He seemed to have little or no interest in the comfort of his passengers. If Über is available on Maui, that’s what we’ll take in the future!

Geoffrey was amazing. We were picked up as soon as we were ready, had a wonderful ride to our timeshare, and had a wonderful conversation with our driver Geoffrey. He told us all about the island and his experiences. He also gave us tons of tips and advice for our stay on Maui. Awesome experience.

We saw our name on a sign being held by a lady as we came off the plane. She escorted us out to the curb and showed us where to wait for our shuttle. That was very helpful. Our driver was Joey M. who loaded and unloaded our bags for us at the Marriott Ocean Club. He was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely use this service again. We will be using them for
our return flight on 12÷11÷15.

Called Executive transportation shuttle to pick us up right after our flight landed. They were waiting for us right outside the airport when we arrived. Sunny was our driver he told us some good food places to eat and multiple site that we needed to see while we were here. He made us feel very welcome. We were very satisfied with the service and will choose this service for our next visit.

Great experience and good customer service from drivers. They are friendly and responsible. The reservation people need to be empowered to make decisions. And they need to trust customers. All though, got to and from airport safely and other riders are nice too. I would recommend this company for safety and reliability. Price ok too. How can u go wrong when visiting paradise???

We had a great experience with the whole service. It was easy to book, cheap, efficient, and worked just as they said it would. Our driver Mike was very friendly and offered his personal knowledge for all our questions. He also explained many interesting things about the island during our drive. I was thoroughly impressed with this company. They called the day before our departure to confirm our transportation for the next day. Once we arrived with our luggage our driver, Byron, was there within 5 minutes to pick us up. He told us all the must see things in Maui, where to eat, where to buy things, anything we asked he had an answer. He was a pleasure to ride with. I would definitely recommend him and this company. Also, the van was nice and clean.

I don’t understand the low reviews. We thought Hawaii Executive Transportation was awesome. Round trip from the Kahului airport on Maui to Ka’anapali was $ 60 each. Someone from the company called the day before to confirm. Our flight was delayed by three hours so we missed our initial pickup. No problem… called HET from the courtesy phone at the airport and they got us on the next available shuttle. We were waiting for some people on a flight that just landed so the driver drove us over to Subway for a bite to eat. That was super nice and really made a good impression with us.
Mike B. was our driver. He was friendly and knowledgeable about where to go and what to see. On the way to our hotel he even took a short detour through Lahaina to point out some of the cool shops. Definitely a class act. The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is because the van was a little snug (I’m 5’8″). We would use these guys again in a heartbeat.

We landed 45 minutes ago and we’ve done nothing but sit in a van at the airport.
I understand delays and that as a business entity one must maximize the use of its vehicles. But this is ridiculous.
Darn, shuttle isn’t waiting for us. 15 minutes.
Whoops, third party sharing our shuttle hasn’t arrived. 10 minutes.
Surprise, lost baggage pickup. 10 minutes.
What’s that? Someone just landed in a helicopter? 10 minutes.
Would not recommend. Would be 1-​star if it weren’t for the goofy driver lending mild comic relief.
UPDATE: Landed 2 hours ago. I get that it’s a long drive, but with all the delays. Almost at the resort. Maybe…

Our hotel recommended this company versus taking a taxi because it was half the price and would get us to the resort just as fast. First, the shuttle was not on time. Then, after he showed up we were informed we were making a detour to pick up someone’s lost luggage. Then while waiting for the luggage to. arrive we were then told he was adding passengers to his pick up list and would have to make yet another detour before arriving to our resort. In total, it took us over 2 hour from being picked up to arriving at our hotel (after 16 hours of travel already). Lovely start to our honeymoon. Will cancel our departure visit and take after cab.

Our driver never showed up for our 4:15 am pick up to the airport and when asked about it said they waited at the hotel until 5am for us only until the hotel checked security footage and saw nobody from their company turn up they decided to change their story that they were at the wrong hotel. We needed to pay nearly double the original shuttle fare to catch a cab to make our flight on time. Even after all this they do not take responsibility for their mistake and refuse to refund us and have left the hotel to foot the bill, which has still not occurred after 2 weeks. Would be laughable to recommend this company for any travellers!

When ready to return, went to pick up spot. Only moments and was on shuttle.
Had same driver both directions. Glen who put up us and some «rowdy» party goers.

My sister had them pick us up when we landed from the airport. A nice lady was standing outside by baggage claim with a sign with our last name. We felt special. She guided us to our huge van which would take us to our time share. The cost for me, my mom and dad was $ 37 with 2 big luggages each.
We also used them for our return flight back to the airport. We had scheduled them to pick us up and they were just on time.
I really like that this company is very dependable and the drivers make you feel more than welcome. I would recommend them over taxi anytime. Not sure why there are such bad reviews but family and I had a great experience with them.
