We bring the restaurant experience to your home or rental property. We only use local produce, seafood, and meats and never precook our food. Everything is prepared right in front of you, so all you have to do is sit back and enjoy.

Aloha and thank you for considering my services during your stay in Maui.

My name is Mauro Gramuglia, I’m originally from Italy. I graduated at the” Istituto alberghiero di Arona” Italy in culinary arts in 1984 and went to the C.I.A. «Greystone», in St. Helena, CA where I mastered in «Classic Baking»,” European Pastry”, and «food and wine pairing» classes.

I moved to Maui in 1991 and did fall in love with the island and people. I have 26 years of culinary experience, and before moving to Maui I worked in five star exclusive restaurants in London, England, Milan, and Sardinia, Italy.

When in Maui I worked as Executive chef at the most trendy restaurant on the island «Carelli’s on the beach» here I had the fortune to cater to Hollywood celebrities, sport stars and personalities of the jet set such as: Jack Nicholson, Whitney Huston, Harrison Ford, Dustin Hoffman, Cuba Junior Gooding, Eddie Murphy, Celine Dion, Demi Moore, Karim Abdul Jabar, Joe Montana, Michael Jordan, Troy Aikman, Opra
