Established in 1995.

Bob Cella, bought Coldwell Banker Island Properties in 1995 when it consisted of nine agents in one office and has built it into the most successful real estate brokerage firm on Maui.

Manager

Roger Torres, a licensed REALTOR® on the island of Maui since 1985, and serves as the Broker-​In-​Charge of the West Maui Coldwell Banker Island Properties office, and participates and oversees an average of $ 100 million dollars per year in sales volume .

44 years ago, Arriving on Maui as a Vagabond surfer in 1970, exploring the island in a 1952 Chevy panel truck, camping out, living a very spontaneous lifestyle, Roger has seen the many changes and turn of events that have created Maui’s unique character as a première destination.

Roger has earned several Coldwell Banker Production awards, including the Diamond Society and Presidential Circle Awards. In the West Maui community, he is active in the Kaanapali Golf Estates Homeowners Association as well as a Founding Member to Maui Preparatory Academy’s biggest support group, AIM (Alliance to Improve Maui), and other West Maui nonprofit groups.
