Ann D. Williams and Claire E. Craig

Ann and Claire are a mother and daughter real estate team for Laguna Woods Properties. I had the good fortune to find their website when I was searching for agents who specialize in Laguna Woods Village properties. My grandmother passed away leaving a LWV condo that needed to be sold. I live in Los Angeles and have no familiarity with Laguna Woods Village. I contacted Ann who was just lovely over the phone. We set a date for me to come meet with her and show her the property. Ann has lived in Laguna Woods Village for 20+ years, and knows her market very well. She found a buyer within days after I met with her, and we were able to close escrow within a month of our meeting! And… for an asking price that was above what I expected!
