I work with a client and have for a couple of years now and all they do is collect money. they not but only 1/​time stepped food into the home to see how she’s doing nor do they ever call to check on her especially after there have been incidences. They also never communicate with the other agency’s care manager on ANYTHING! I would not recommend this company for my family or anyone else. also when they send staff to work they know nothing about the client just hose to show lack on their part. I also think its funny they keep no sort of documentation.

I needed last minute, 24⁄7 care for my Mom. I called Amada, they sent a rep to our hospital to meet my Mom the same day, spoke with us at length about their services, helped me navigate the initial insurance claim and had someone waiting in front of her house when we drove up. I’ve had extremely bad experiences in the past, so I wasn’t expecting a lot. Amada has proven to be a great company to work with so far. They have been very communicative, responsive to my calls and issues and is doing a great job giving me peace of mind knowing my Mom is being looked after so well (esp. because I live about 90 miles away). This is not an easy business to be in, but Amada has proven they’re up to the task. I wish them the best and hope others find them as helpful and accomodating as I have.
