Ziggy’s, AKA Café Solano and Pacific Dining is the cafeteria located on the second floor at the Chet Holifield Federal Building in the classic Wm. Pereira designed Ziggurat. You need to go through security screening at South or East entrance and have state(driver license) or federal ID, no weapons, alcohol or illegal drugs allowed. If you’re visiting IRS, CIS or other government offices, this is the place to eat. They do a great job of preparing breakfast and lunch to order and also have daily entrees and specials. Friendly staff preparing delicious food with care. Everybody who works here loves to prep and cook — these are real professionals. I give a shout out to their management for empowering their workers.
