Mustard Cafe Express

Went to the café third floor of the 65 building and tried the chicken pesto panini.
Since this is the only thing I have had there I will give three stars.
Two stars for the service and one for the drink.
The sandwich on the other hand deserves none. Taste blah, and the pesto made my bread soggy. I would like to have the crunch factor especially since it is a panini sandwich.
Will try other things.

This café is not open to the public… just the Tech space office buildings.
Heard about Mustards so I went up with the crew … 3^rd floor in the 65 bldg.
The menu is enticing, but not the area itself.
I mean… croque madame. really? I don’t know how confident I am with the ladies there making a croque madame…
My coworker got a sw which looked really bad… it said it was on a baguette but instead it was served on sliced bread… seeing this makes me nervous again.
Now the real reason why I’m giving this place a 1 star is the coffee.
Surprisingly they serve Illy… I heart Illy… but they don’t have proper baristas who know how to brew this properly.
Their espresso machine looks un-​maintained and it needs to be calibrated.
There’s no foam layer on top of the espresso!!! wth!
The lady tried to empty out the used espresso grinds in a trash can… really?
It didn’t get all the grinds up so she washed it out in the sink. What would have happened if she got the grinds out in the trash can? Would she have washed it before using it… since it did touch the rim of the trash can…
She better clean that thing with soap and water after each time…
And their coffee is totally watered down coffee which totally lacks the house drip of Illy.
They need to remeasure how much coffee to water ratio.
sigh…
My suggestion… just get Folgers… nobody will know the difference.
Now it looks like someone is a fan of their breakfast sw…
I am a total breakfast person… if I ever go back it will be for the breakfast sw… skip the coffee…

Best breakfast burrito you’ll find on any 4^th floor.
