Tradewind Window Cleaning

Trade wind did our windows today. They are prompt, super courteous, and did an amazing job. Everything looks terrific. I will definitely use them again.

We had a wonderful experience with Tradewind. Our call to schedule an appointment was returned promptly, and when Darren came to do my service he could not have been more professional and just nice! He and his helper showed up on time, and they did an EXCELLENT job on my windows, gutters and patio powerwash. They were meticulous and went above and beyond cleaning my patio. The bid Darren gave me actually came in less when he was finished, as our gutters were not as bad as I thought. I plan on using them every 6 months and would not hesitate to recommend them.

I was impressed with the time and effort spent cleaning our windows and the tracks. We have never had it done in 10 years and it turned out amazing. And the cost was very reasonable. We will definately use their services again. Friendly family business.

These guys really went above and beyond. A much more thorough window cleaning than I originally anticipated. They will clean the tracks and all the edges of the window panes very thoroughly. And their prices are very reasonable. I will definitely go with them again in the future.

I looked into several window washers and read many reviews before I called Tradewind. They were quick to respond to my phone cal, and very courteous and helpful. We set up a date, and they arrived on time, and were not only very professional, Darren and his assistant were delightful to have around. My windows were a mess before the came, and are sparkling clean now! They did a fantastic job, and I will most definitely use them again and again. They also checked my gutters and did some clean up there as well. I would highly recommend Tradewind.

My Windows look like they’ve disappeared! And on such a gorgeous day! Darren is always on time and does an excellent job. Cleans window sills, screens, very detailed, and such a nice guy. Enjoyed having him in our home…3^rd time to use their services and won’t use anyone else.

I live in a condo with unbelievably high windows, and because I’m really uncoordinated, and have no ladder, I’ve outsourced window cleaning to Tradewind. I first used this company (run by a husband and wife, with an assistant; another really nice and cool guy) over three years ago, and was amazed at the attention to detail. I have borderline OCD when it comes to cleaning matters, and I could not find fault at all, so this was no small feat! I tried to use them again a couple of years ago, but because of scheduling conflicts, I ended up using another company, who though fast, had a team of 5 guys in and out, and ended up ripping one of my screens :(
Anyway, blah blah blah — Darren and Mario (the team) came out today, and once again, I am amazed. They’re both so kind and such good workers, and I even got a shelf hung in the process, which went waaaaay «above and beyond» traditional window cleaning services.
Great company to support, and well worth the money spent :)

Darren was on time, professional and very friendly. He has his craft dialed in. My windows are beautiful now! He was very delicate with moving small furniture and putting everything back the way it was. And, his prices are very competitive and reasonable. I was so happy with my experience I’m going to schedule him to come clean my rain gutters. You can’t go wrong with Tradewind Window Cleaning.

I had never used a window cleaning service before, but was tired of looking at spotty, dusty windows. I used the website to request a quote. Whatever software they use for online quotes is pretty awesome and it had me sold. They reached out promptly to book the cleaning. I was so happy with anticipation over the thought of crystal clear windows.
Darren arrived on time and was just the friendliest guy. He was very clear about what he would be doing. He worked quickly and was also great with our dog. The windows were so clear I felt like I was seeing the sun after a long winter.
Since I used the online system to book, I was automatically added to their email list. It’s actually very helpful because they send quarterly reminders about window cleaning.

Unbelievable service! We had to wait a few days back in the spring– but worth the wait. Took his time and did a great job! We will be using his services again.

We just got our windows cleaned. Darren and Mario did an amazing job. They are very detail oriented and put their best effort to it. The end result is that we gained fantastic view from our windows. Thank you Tradewind!

Windows? What windows? By the time Darren was done — you couldn’t see the glass — they were THAT clean!
My house is complicated with lots of hard to reach windows. I’ve personally washed the downstairs windows before (which is sorta embarrassing now seeing how they are really supposed to look after they are cleaned by Darren), but never the upstairs, and they were in desperate need. I found Darren on Unilocal and quickly went to his website. I loved the ease of use of the free estimation tool on his site. No hassle and gave me an estimate instantly. Received follow-​up emails to schedule a service — easy breezy!
On the day of my service, Darren arrived on time, did a quick walk through of the house and was one of the most accommodating, professional, and nicest guys I’ve worked. He does such a quality job — I am still in awe of how clean my windows are. Cleaning the windows improved the look of the house tremendously. They even scraped old paint off of one of my hard to reach windows. I also had Darren clean my rain gutters. It was approaching 5p on a Friday evening so he politely asked if he could come back the following day so he could let his employee (that was there with him) start his weekend. Darren arrived solo the following day to finish up the work.
At one point, Darren was cleaning my daughters bedroom windows and they were just chatting it up! He was patient, very patient, with my talkative 7-​year olds. Just a good guy. One that I look forward to working with for years to come.

Efficient, friendly, clean, good communicator, and the windows look great. What more could I ask for?

Tradewinds has been cleaning our windows for several years now. This is an update to the review from 2013. Darren was here again yesterday and did a fantastic job. He was here when he promised to show up, did not rush and took the time to do a good job. He is such a personable and nice person to deal with and his business is very focused on the customer and their satisfaction. We have recommended Darren to several friends and family members and would not hesitate to refer him.

Darren is so great at what he does! We recently moved into our home and the windows definitely needed some cleaning. Darren did a thorough job (was here from 9 am to 6 pm with no breaks!) and they looked amazing after! I admire the windows everyday!
Would recommend him to anyone looking to have crystal clean windows :)

I HIGHLY recommend Darin. He worked his tail off today and yesterday to clean the inside, outside and tracks of all my windows and doors. My wife found him on Unilocal because we haven’t had our doors/​windows cleaned in 3 years. He is a super nice guy and was very flexible with our schedule. Our windows/​Doors now looks like we went from SD to HD.
Throughout the cleaning we talked about his time living in Hawaii. He certainly has the aloha spirit.
I rarely post on Unilocal unless I think the service is 5 star service and Tradewind Window Cleaning is that. He did a great job and the price was exceptionally reasonable. I would recommend Darin to anyone looking for window cleaning. He’s a great worker and even a better guy.

Darren came out to clean my gutters. Not only was he on time and fully prepared, he was also personable! And friendly and funny.
Throughout the cleaning he kept me up to date on what he’d found — minor stuff like mainly mud and a few leaves in the gutters, shifted roof tiles, cracked tiles, leaky seals, and a squashed downspout.
He then went on to fix all those issues quickly and quietly. And even with that, the total cost came in at quote!
When he left I walked around — aside from some water, there was no sign anyone had been there. Completely clean.
Family run, local, and brilliant service at a very reasonable cost. Can’t ask for more!

With Brand new windows and company coming for Christmas we decided to find a new window washer. I called American Vision who installed our windows and while they had no recommendations, they did recommend I use Unilocal.I picked Tradewinds Window Cleaning due to their very high review rankings, very positive comments, the fact they were local and their webpage.
I received a bid over the phone which seemed reasonable for cleaning both the inside and outside. I accepted via their webpage and scheduled a time and date.
Darrin, the owner of the company, and his partner Jace showed up right on time, very professionally attired and ready to go. The first thing he wanted to do was an actual window count and review of the job. My first thought was, «so much for the bid/​estimate, wonder how much more they’ll want…». You can imagine my surprise when he finished and announced the estimate was too high and actually reduced the cost.
They did an excellent job and the attention to detail was was outstanding… even to physically going back up on the roof to remove a tiny smudge on a high profile window that I would never have noticed had it not been pointed out to me.
The highest compliment I can give a vendor is that I would not hesitate to recommend them to a close friend or family member. I would not hesitate to recommend Tradewind Window Cleaning Service.

(1) Darren did excellent work with the cleaning of my windows, screens, and tracks. The windows are crystal clear and the sliding windows glide easily over the cleaned tracks. Darren really took his time to make sure everything was perfectly cleaned.
(2) The pricing is very fair. I obtained two other job estimates before selecting Tradewind. Also, the company’s website has a useful job pricing estimator.
(3) The owners and operators of Tradewind were a pleasure to work with. Kristina was very professional and ensured I had an easy time setting an appointment. While Darren was one of the most genuinely nice service persons I have ever met. I wish they were my neighbors :)
