Our grandsons birthday was the next day. We wanted the package to be delivered next day no signature required as our daughter and son– in-​law both work and always get home late. They charged us $ 100 to do this. The employee coded it incorrectly in the computer as signature required. So the gift was not delivered next day as they were not there to receive it. We asked for a refund on the extra charge. They refused. I will never return to this business, will not recommend to any one looking for these services.

I am all raves for this store!!! I had a package that just needed to be dropped off but my 5 month old fell asleep in the car. When I called Barry came out and got my package from the car for me… Any parent knows the full value of an uninterrupted nap. Thank you thank you thank you Barry. I’m indebted to you!

Everyone here is always helpful. Barry goes above and beyond whenever I need anything to complete my business matters. Always watching out for me. Jacob and Erin are also extremely helpful. They’re all happy to assist me with often demanding, time sensitive matters. They never fail me, always consistent with their quality of service. And most of all, they tolerate my hectic needs! Bardia the manager is great. Very professional. Highly recommend this store.

Barry gave me a hard time about having him use ONE piece of tape to tape my box. I’ve been to other UPS stores where they more than happy to tape up a box for me.

Ive been to a few different UPS stores but none match the service provided by this one. I’ve shipped a few items from here including one recently that was time sensitive. I was pleasantly surprised to have one of the employees call me back a couple days later just to let me know that my item had been successfully delivered and signed for. Their service is awesome and I will gladly pass many closer UPS locations to support them. Highly recommended.

About a month ago, on a Friday, the three young folk working were of great help to me and my situation. All three were very helpful with an award item and at no point did they seem frustrated with trying to pack away a queen size mattress layer made out of rubber. Great attitudes.

I have beef going to this UPS store for over 10 years. Other reviewers have commented poorly about the cost. Well, it’s a business and has to make a profit. I am a business owner too. It’s really convenient and well staffed so that you always get good service. The best part of this store is the genuinely warm service.

Horribly unprofessional.
I was just at this UPS location and I brought in a package with a pre-​paid shipping address on it and handed it to the man behind the counter.
He told me that I missed the post office pick up and that my package would be shipped tomorrow. This was fine with me, but when I gave him the package, he threw it across the room (literally) while making a joke saying, «don’t worry… We’ll take good care of it.»
He had no idea what was in my package. None. You would think that he would have read the DO NOT BEND! I had written on the package in big letters with a Sharpie.
He did not even apologize to me, even when I stopped walking out of the store to ask him what the hell he was doing. I stopped, demanded my package back, and told him that «I’ll take my business elsewhere.»
I will never go back, I will tell everyone what happened, and I hope that this message actually gets read by someone in that store.

I went there to ship a box that was prepaid. I ran out of tape while taping the box. I asked them if either they could finish taping it for me or I could use some tape to finish taping it. I needed very little tape. They told me it would cost $ 2.50 for that.

It’s been a long time since this review, but after recently telling my story to a friend, he said that he thought that 12×12×12 referred to the inside and not outside of the box which is why they had to round it up. I did some googling and it looks like that might be true though I’m still less than certain and have my own feelings about the practice.
In any event, if that’s the case I don’t want to unfairly penalize a small business (I’m sure its a franchised location) so am upgrading my review to a more neutral 3 stars.
