I had a great experience here! I had some printing to do for a Christmas gift and the gal helping me was so fast, efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. She gave great recommendations to make my gift look even better! The prices were also reasonable. I would definitely come back here again!

I came here to shred some old documents, –yes, they do that now, Iron Mountain picks up their bins once a week or so. Absolutely great service and a lot of help with the mess of documents and old x-​rays I brought in a box.

Way understaffed. I know they’re currently hiring, so I just hope the powers that be try to get new people before the holidays! I feel bad for the store associates because of how many people frequent the place. They’re under pressure and can’t get anything done. Everyone that I’ve dealt with have been so nice though, so don’t get me wrong. Just hire more workers please!
My husband and I have dropped off numerous packages at this location and many times packages were either lost or misappropriated (explain to me how a 3 package shipment only has 3 packages delivered on time and one delivered late!) My advice is to wait to get a receipt or go to another location if you don’t have the patience to get your packages scanned before you leave.

Not good. Slow, apathetic service. In this day and age there are so many options that there’s no reason to go here. If you do, you’ll wait and wait, and you still won’t get help. Go to UPS store across town and you’ll get great service and you’ll be in and out in a few minutes.

5 star for Tiffany not for the location. I don’t know about other staff members
I walk in 30 – 20 minutes before closing time on Wednesday, the 19^th of August 2015, and Tiffany was beyond helpful and informative. She knew what she was doing and she was generous and friendly sharing that knowledge and, once I saw the results, implementing it. We had to print multi (73) million dollar project brochure that we needed to present to a foreign investor, and we had to get it done quickly but it had to look brilliant, and that’s exactly what I got. Impeccable, Tiffany, thank you!

Do not go here for service. The people are unfriendly to the point of acting annoyed when you ask a question. When this was Kinko’s it was my adjunct office. It could not be worse now.

HORRIBLE customer service, employee’s do not want to help anyone, I asked the girl a couple of questions and she looked so annoyed and didn’t even give me an answer. This place deserves 0 stars. I will not be coming back.

No stars if that were an option… the customer service here is unfriendly, sloooow, and workers seem disgruntled. I asked how the cashier was doing and she snapped at me with no eye contact saying «fine». I asked for the most basic service, to simply print a folder with some jpegs I pulled off the internet and she couldn’t figure out how to tile 4 to a page and complained it was jamming her computer. i had to come back 3x just to get this simple task executed. There are other great print shops nearby that i will try before ever returning to this vortex of negativity.

I was hoping to spend five minutes at fedex trying to print my graduation cap design. There were barely any customers and here I am standing at their copier for twenty minutes trying to figure anything out. I’ve asked them to come over multiple times and when I finally get it, I can’t even print it to the size I want? What was the point of sending me to your self serve copier in the first place?
I promptly left after looking around and seeing that no one clearly cares that I’m struggling with this. Thanks for wasting my time.

I went to Staples and had everything done in five minutes. fedex needs to step their game up.

Staff is more concerned with personal phone calls than helping customers. Always amazed at how rude they can be. If you don’t want to rely on yourself only and pay horrendous prices, don’t come in here. Very disappointed.

We came here to get funeral program printed. When we came to pick them up they were a disaster. The picture looked like a cartoon! But these guys — Jamie especially, were so so wonderful and helpful and made the impossible possible. He stayed way past the end of his shift to help. Seriously my hero. THANK YOU JAMIE!!!

I’ve had mixed results at the FedEx Office stores here in South OC, However, today I had a very positive experience.
I sent a basic 500 piece single page on-​line print order to be picked up at this store in Laguna Niguel. After I placed the on-​line order, I got a call from one of their employees, Gabrielle. She did notice my print was actually two coupons on a single 8.5×11 sheet, and she wanted to know if I would want them all cut in half horizontally — figuring correctly that’s what I would have wound up doing. They have a machine there that will cut large print jobs (something to remember). They charge for it, but for less than $ 3 extra it’s worth it. The coupons were for my daughter, and she would have had to cut them all manually.
This employee was paying attention and was very helpful.

I waited in line for 15 minutes while 3 employees assisted customers. After two customers left, the two employees left the primacies also. The remaining employee chatted up the customer excessively as if I was not there. After some more waiting, the manager came to assist me, which she barely did, making me grab my own box and box my own stuff as I asked her what I was doing: it was my first time using FedEx to ship back school books.
The manager burped in my face and laughed. She had no remorse for what she did and I just couldn’t give this company my money.
I can’t believe this place is even open still, it’s been managed horribly for several years and I keep learning the same lessons here: don’t go.

Customer service is very poor. Employees are rude. Lines are long. I’ve been here several times and it’s always the same. Unfortunately they are the only location near me.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE service. I walked-​in to print a PDF using their self-​service printers. Their machine charged me but printed a piece of paper saying «ERROR.»
I walked to the counter to bring this to their attention… one girl simply just walked by, without stopping and without looking at the error paper and shouted «it’s your file.»
Thanks FedEx Kinko’s employee, not only your printer couldn’t print a simple PDF file with Arial font, but you didn’t even offer to help or even to issue a refund.

Machines broke down several times while I was in the store. It’s taken them over an hour to print 12 copies of 60 slides because machines keep breaking. Meanwhile other self use machines also causing issues. Staff tries to be helpful but in my experience haven’t been. Only one guy with a ponytail seems to know what’s going on. Very busy location so kinkos should get some more experienced staff here.

Converted! Came in because they were the only place open at 9pm and Matt was fantastic! We scanned our plans and were out the door in 10 minutes. Friendly service and prompt to boot. Thank you Matt

I’ve been here several times, and like most 1 star reviews this last time will be the last.
They seem to consistantly over charge for shipping. Outrageously really.
Today I walked in, a snotty large woman asked me what I was shipping, none of your f-​ing business really! So I ignored her, she asked again and I looked at her strangely. I think she caught the hint and asked if it was fragile, I replied no started to fill out a piece of green paper unconveniently located 20 feet away from the actual counter and she stopped me and said she couldnt ship the package. The box had prior damage so she offered one of theres, «9 DOLLARS». ALL SET LADY! Stick a sticker on there that says previous damage to box and call it a day, seriously.
Fedex is out to kill the planet! Why can’t I re-​use a box?!
Anyways I grabbed a new box from walmart for 1 dollar, just in case, and im heading to UPS from now on, which is unfortunate because this is a bit closer to my work.
Im not mad they didn’t want to ship my busted up cardboard box, I’m mad about the way this lady went about it. And their insane prices. And their horrible customer service… and California prices in general.

I came in simply to ship a package. It was all packed up with a label I printed off of
and ready to go. I walked into this store. Looked around and saw 2 desk areas. The larger had 2 people standing there not assisting customers and the smaller had 1 person helping a customer. I asked one of the 2 not helping customers where I needed to go to ship my package, and was directed to the counter that had one person.
I waited a few minutes and someone came to help me. I explained that I needed to ship my package and he said OK and started punching away at his computer. After a a minute or 2, he became mildly frustrated and told me the computer wasn’t accepting his password. He gave it another try, and after about another minute or so, he got in, stating he’d been using the same password the whole time and now it let him in.
Anyways, I told him I wanted the cheapest shipping possible (as it was a return). He entered my shipping information into the computer (took a minute or so) and then told me I had to walk over to the counter to fill out another shipping form. So he pointed me in the right direction and send me with a pen.
I filled out most of the form, but the pen died at the end. I walk over to the counter and the guy that was helping me is now gone and there are 2 people there assisting other customers (people were still at the other counter not helping customers also). So I stood in line again. This time I waited about 10 minutes. During my wait one of the employees said they’d be right with me.
After about 10 minutes of standing there, I pulled out my phone and typed in one of their competitors. There was one right up the street. Anyways, I left and drove up the street. I was in and out of the competitors store in under 5 minutes and there was a line. Also, they just typed my info into their computer and printed a label right up. All I had to do was stand for a minute there and pay.
FedEx I can tell has issues. This is the last time I step foot into one of their stores. Waste of my time!

I come here some times to make copy’s of show flyers it’s alright if you have things you can do by yourself. Their staff is often soo busy that they can’t help you very much this goes for all of the Kinkos I’ve visited in the past few months. So keep it DIY and you will find their establishment very useful. Their copy machine also charged and additional 2¢ tax on every black and white copy it adds up keep that in mind.
