The Music Stand

My kids have been taking lesson here for over a year. My son takes trumpet lessons from Tim and has made excellent progress. With his encourement and help he has auditioned and been chosen for special honor groups. My daughter takes drum lessons with Dave is excelling. She started learning percussion this summer and is already section leader at her school band! Both gentlemen are flexible and understanding of busy schedules and have worked with me to schedule lessons. I recommend them to anyone who asks.

My son has been learning here for the past 6 months and loves it. He started not even knowing how to hold his trumpet, and now he feels confident enough and sounds good enough to try out for an honor band and a local music school. I can’t address the issues that people who are using coupons for music lessons are complaining about, but, as a parent of a regular student at this studio, I can tell you that the kids will learn to play their instruments well and that they all love the instructors.

I came on Unilocal to see if anyone else is having the same problem as me. I called them like 10 times left 3 messages and I have yet to get in contact with anyone. I’m going to see if I can get my money back on the groupon.

I bought a deal from Groupon and thought it would be a nice trial for my almost 4 year old to introduce violin. I was waiting for their call after leaving a message and even visited the location to see if i can talk to a human being.
Finally i got a voicemail that states the violin teacher is out of town so e-​mail them to schedule a class.
So i wrote a e-​mail and waited and waited.
And then after a while i got response e-​mail that my e-​mail got forwarded to the violin teacher.
I think i bought groupon on january and i think i got the last e-​mail about a month ago.
Me and my son got sick of waiting and moving on to a preschool so i don’t even know when or how i am going to schedule for the first lesson.
I think making an appointment with the president obama might be easier.
I think i should just contact groupon for a refund.
