History

Established in 2002.

Owner of Solid Dance Crew was brought up in the dance studio!

Her mother owned a dance studio that was attached to her home! J.R. Could go out and dance whenever she wanted and she did!

With her mom owning for over 40 years, J.R. Learned the ins and outs of this business! Her specialty is teaching each individual child to the level they can learn, and not only teaching to where they can fully understand the choreography and technique of what they ae learning but also she can push them to their best by giving them the level they need to succeed at dance!

Passion is where this business was originated from and what is the driving force!

Starting dancing at age 2, learning

Added hip hop and break dance at the age of 19.

Started teaching at the young age of 14 and had her own classes at the age of 15, J.R. Has been teaching since that day with no breaks!

J.R. Started professional dancing at the young age of 15 when she was chosen at Disneyland! Only 7 out of 800 made that audition!

She then went on to dance in the Aloha Bowl and Superbowl for the next 3 years!

She was then picked to be the opening dancers for N’Sync

She had her agent BBA at the young age of 19 when she started dancing with choreographers from ABDC, So you think you can dance and so many more

She has choreographed for many colleges and has won 1^st place at over 45 dance competitions in all styles of dance

She trained Molly from season 8 of So you think you can dance for over 4 years who came in 4^th that season

She decided at the young age of 24 she wanted to stop dancing professionally and teach
