Save yourself a good deal of aggravation don’t use this kid, his business practices are a total joke. I called him out last week to give a quote on monthly service and in addition to the filter needing to be cleaned. He quoted me $ 90 a month for service and $ 175 to clean the filter. We agreed to the terms and I wrote him check in advance «BIG MITAKE» He stated that he would have the pool done by Thursday. to make this short, he shows up on Thursday and begins to vacuum the pool and does ¹⁄₃ of it and stops. He come to tell me that there must be a torn filter and he will need to come back on Monday as the shop where he gets his supplies closes at 3pm. He states that he will return at 8:30am Monday. He shows up at 10:30am today Monday and begins to dismember the filter. Upon taking the filter apart he comes back and tells me he «won’t» and cant clean the filter as the plastic grate on the bottom is cracked and they no longer have parts and I can either fix the filter myself or buy a new filter that he will install. So I’m left with a decision of either putting back the filter together myself as he refused to do so «under liability issues» or buy a new one. That lesson cost me the $ 175, be wise and pass on this guy! oh and his expert opinion that the filters were torn was way off, each one was in perfect condition and yea he didn’t return the money i paid in advance.

The service provided is fantastic. Ryan is the best… and funny, too! I have used them several times over the last 2 years for rental property in south OC. I wish my zip code was in the area they work but unfortunately, Culver City is WAY too far and the local company that I deal with does not meet the high standards set by Ryan.

Have recently switched to RJ’s Pool & Spa Service due to a recommendation from a friend and my pool has never looked better. Ryan even replaced a few mechanical parts in the pump and has greatly improved the quality of my equipment. This is a guy you can trust with your pool and/​or spa.

Finally a pool and spa service company that I can count on! Ryan has been cleaning my pool for about a year now and my experience with him and his company has been great. I’ve used other pool services before but they were all unreliable at best. Thank god I don’t have to worry about that anymore! RJ’s pool service does a great job, they come when they say they will and I constantly get compliments on how nice my pool looks. Thanks RJ for all your hard work… I truly appreciate it! I would recommend this company to anyone in the south OC area who has a pool :)
