Awesome… after going to another salon in LagunaNiguel for more than 5 years and having unpredictable outcomes I decided I needed to find a new salon. I tried 3 and then found Nail Solutions. The salon is always clean, staff are friendly and kind… prices are reasonable, but the real reason I keep returning is DONNA. She is amazing. My nails are done expertly EVERY TIME. Donna never causes pain, and is very thorough. I can be impatient and she completes my nails quickly… Unsure about a color change ask Donna she has excellent suggestions… I strongly recommend her for all services.

I’ve been going here for 10 years. It’s a hidden gem — great team, state of the art pedi chairs and plenty of parking. Even the other customers are friendly! You just feel good being there, I moved away 2 years ago, but make it a point to get to this little oasis every time I come back into town. They’re that fabulous! I spent two hours getting pulverized by the pedi chair yesterday… cuz I soooo needed it! My nails look fabulous — the best they’ve looked since I moved — and I got an arm and leg massage like you read about! I always feel great when I leave. The place I go to in Marin needs to take a page from Donna’s book. On the other hand, maybe it’s time to move back to civilization :)

I’m not so happy with this place anymore. I have noticed in the last month or two the quality of service has gone down. The nail ladies always seem rushed even if there is no one else in the room. They often do not cover the whole nail and don’t give nearly as good of massages as they used to. I’m also not satisfied with the nail polish itself; there is not a huge variety of colors (they are mostly reds and pinks) and the brands that are used here are cheap brands that often start chipping within two days of the manicure.

Not even a week later and my gel polish completely peeled off in one piece. This was the absolute worst nail experience and my sister and I go to a different salon every two weeks. We were told to never come back to the salon because we were told lower prices on the phone and then in the salon they up charged us when the board ON THE WALL gives the prices they gave us on the phone and then they raised the price on every service. And this was after I had to have THREE girls work in me cuz none of them could do a simple acrylic fill. I was absolutely appalled by this service and Donna and Kelly were the main women rudely speaking to us. I couldn’t believe how rudely they spoke to us in front of other customers and argued prices until I just gave up because we had already been there for TWO HOURS and I just wanted to get out of there. Needless to say, my sister and I will never be returning to this salon and I hope this review deters others from having to endure this awful service as well.

Well deserving of my 5 stars. The staff is friendly and professional. After one visit, you are welcomed by name with a smile. My visits are like a mini vacation… and my nails are beautiful! I’ve lived in the area for 20+ years and used many salons. None compares in price or quality. Love this place!

Tammy gives wonderful facials and pedicures. The new décor makes it so inviting and relaxing.

Donna is the best. I’ve come to her for yrs & wouldn’t go anywhere else. Lina gives the best massages & her pedicures are like a vacation. Thank you guys for making my hands & toes beautiful for so long!

Went today based on Unilocal reviews. Donna and Tammy were so nice! I got a gel manicure and a pedicure. My nails looks great but I would have loved an arm and hand massage with the mani. Also, as much as I loved the ladies here (Donna is literally the nicest nail tech I’ve ever met), it didn’t seem clean and wasn’t up to par with the places I usually go.

Decided to stop in for gel manicure, eye brow wax and a pedicure since the ratings in Unilocal were so great. I must say I agree. Donna and Tammy are sweet hearts and really do a fantastic job. I will be back for sure.

Great service! So quick and they did a flawless job. They even took time to fix my nail where I had smudged the polish before leaving. Good prices too! $ 22 for a gel manicure.

Just got my nails done here today by Donna. She is awesome I will for sure be coming back. Such a great price for someone who is such a pro! Very nice and experienced. She has been there for 15 years! She is so sweet and really a nice lady.

I came here based upon the fabulous reviews this salon received. I got a pink and white set, and unfortunately wasn’t impressed. The girl working on me cut my thumb and I starting bleeding. She didn’t even acknowledge it or say sorry. I’ve only had these nails for a few days and they already look ragged. The pink is starting to chip and lift from the edges. Even when I left the salon that day, the dried glue was built up around my cuticles and the tips of my fingers were glued to the nails underneath. I spent quite a while on Unilocal looking for a great nail salon and I’m disappointed. It’s been 3 days and I’m already anxious to remove these and go somewhere else.
While the girls working seemed friendly enough and the place was clean, haphazardly cutting someone and not noticing it is a major problem. Therefore I can’t recommend this salon.

This is by far the best nail salon in the area. I always go to Kelly who does my nails and Lena who is the best at pedicures .
I highly recommend the salon. FYI they are so sweet to the older people that come in. The staff is very caring and treat everyone like family.

They did great work here. The only thing that really annoyed me was how pushy my manicurist was, she kept telling me that I wasn’t choosing the right color for my toes, and that I was choosing the wrong shape for my nails… really? I know what I like: p And she talked a lot, I don’t really like chit chat so I could have done without that.
They still got 4 stars for quality though. I got a pink and white set which looked great and lasted a long time. I told her I don’t like them to be too thick and she did a nice job filing them down and blending them into my real nails. The woman who did my pedicure also did a really nice job, didn’t know my toes could look so cute! They were also very gentle.

GREAT nail salon. All the ladies are wonderful; especially the manager Donna. Always pleasant and do a GREAT job! I would go no where else:)

i have been going to this nail salon since i moved to the area over 6 years ago-​got my daughter & husband to switch to them as well & they are as delighted as i’ve been with this establishment. Donna (the manager) & her staff are professional & very friendly-​they treat you like family. You would be hard-​pressed to find a better nail salon!!!

This place is very friendly, do a good job and it is a pleasant experience. I have been a customer for many years and would not go anywhere else. The women are very nice and treat each customer with care.

Fabulous nail salon! Girls are friendly and do an excellent job! My nails and pedicure are always perfect!
