This place is ok. Alex is the best nail tech there, but has another job so isn’t always there. Not the cleanest place either, but it fulfills the need in a pinch.

Another great experience at Jenny’s. Most beautiful and efficient French gel mani by Alli, and of course an awesome wax job by Jenny. I highly recommend this place to get your nails done. They are not tricky about pricing and the owner let’s you tip with credit card, unlike many places in south OC that force you to bring cash.

Came by as a walk in. Amazing! The ladies there knew exactly what I wanted. We’re patient with me and quickly finished within 45 minutes! Babysitter bailed out on me so I had to take my 3 Yr old and 2 yr old and they were perfectly fine with it! Will definitely be returning!

Worst Nail Salon Ever! Don’t waste your time or your money!!! I went once and had terrible gel manicure. It started chipping and lifting the next day and by day 5 they were all off. Decided not to go back because I didn’t want another bad job. Fast forward 2 years– I decided to give them another try because the salon is across from my house. BIG MISTAKE! Still terrible. Went in for French gel manicure-​girl couldn’t get the white-​them filed it and did it again. This time, white was all blurry and there was a visible seam where she’d tried to repair. By this time, I was already 15 min late and asked her to just use the clear, finish and let me pay. Of course, they started peeling the next day.

Jenny’s nail and spa is the perfect place to do your nails and get pedicures. My girlfriend really enjoyed how her nails looked after and really recommends this place. She could not have been happier with her service! It is very clean and Jenny is a very friendly and professional owner.

I only go to Jenny to do my nails! I’m very particular and she does my nails exactly how I want them. I always get a gel pink color that I love! Jenny’s Nails and Spa is very clean and has a relaxing atmosphere. The whole staff is very nice and seem happy to be there. If you want a perfect mani and pedi this is the place to go!

The best place to get your nails done, and also the best skilled techs you can find in town since they really take time to take care of you!!! Jenny has a lot of colors that could satisfy whatever you feel like for your nails. In addition, they use all clean tools which is really important! If you haven’t been there try it out… so worth it gals!

I LOVE LOVE Jenny’s Nails. I’ve been coming here for over 2 years. I’ve never had a problem or issue with bad service. In fact, I feel more life family now. Everyone here are so kind and willing to go out of there way to ensure you are happy with your nails or pedicure before you leave. They have other services to offer as we’ll, which makes it easy for one stop shopping. Eyelash extensions, waxing, massages out of this world fabulous and for prices you would not believe.
If your looking for a place you can call home and a place whee everyone knows your name, Jenny’s Nails is the place for you. I drive out of my own area to come here. And it’s more than worth it!!!

Jenny is the best! I have been going to her three years and would not go anywhere else. She introduced me to gel nails, and I will never go back. She always does to perfection, and they last 3 weeks! Love their pedicures and massage, too. You will not be disappointed.

Jenny’s Nails is fantastic!!! Jennifer has a friendly and professional staff!!! They were wonderful with my 91 year old Mom and my gel nails look great! I would highly recommend this great salon! (The massages are incredible too!!). They only use clean tool and always sanitize!

I was a walk in on a sunday the owner did my mami amd proceded when done to toss the dirty water from mybmani imto my pedi bowl where i was soaking! That turned me off of the place immediately. Also they were using the same tools on all customers no sanitation. will not be back glad i did not catch a fungus!

Happened to drive by the area yesterday and decided to pay a visit disregarding the negative reviews about the salon on Unilocal.They surprised me with an awesome service. I then praised myself for not believing in these negative comments. I came in without an appointment, of course waiting is a must. After 1 hour of waiting, every second was well worth it. I loved my awesome customer service and quality. I noticed every single one of the workers there were very professional and polite. My nails came out to be perfect. Minor mistakes do happen sometimes, but they fix them with no problem. That’s all it matters :)

Nails look nice but disappointed they advertise Gel Color for 20 $ on the front window. But they CHARGE 30 $. All the other services on the window are price advertised. I think it’s poor taste to show one price and charge 10 $ more. At the least get a #3 sticker and change out the window. It’s not difficult to be honest and show you care about your clients and not misrepresent yourself.

Very happy. They try to accommodate and prices are fair. I love the shoulder massages too!

Jenny is professional, fast and very personable. She really wants her customers to be happy. I wont let anyone else do my nails

I had a 12 o’clock appointment on Sunday with Jenny the owner to get my nails done. When I got there the salon was dark and nobody was there, two of the girls that work there were waiting in there cars. They came in and started opening up the salon… I sat there for 20 mins waiting for Jenny to get there and then I walked out. And this isn’t the first time she had made me wait. This is no way to run a business.
I am done with this nail salon, there are Nail Salons in every strip mall… I will find another one that what’s my business.

I got a gel manicure– started with one lady and she filed the top of my nail down so far she created a hole in the middle of my nail. It started bleeding and she then realized she messed up, so she got up and had another girl finish my manicure. I had to pay not $ 20 like what the board said, it was $ 30. I didn’t receive a sorry nor discount for a hole in my nail… and now it is the next day and I am still in pain.

I like that this place does gel nail polish that lasts a long time. It’s kind of a pricey place, and the discount for a kids’ mani-​pedi is not so great. They advertise mid-​week specials for multiple services, but I haven’t had a chance to try them. On my last pedi, I was in a spa chair waiting for my daughter’s nails to be done, and they pulled the plug on the spa chair so I could not use the massage further. Kind of chintzy.

I got a gel pedicure on my first visit to Jenny’s and I have to say it has held up better than any I’ve had before. It’s been weeks and it looks like my toes were done yesterday.
The place was busy, but they managed to fit me in right away. I would imagine that some times there is a bit of a wait as the salon is very popular, for good reason.
My only complaint is that I had my pedicure done by Jenny (the owner) and she was on the phone the entire time making appointments. She still did a great job but it was rather distracting to have her doing my pedicure while also being the receptionist.
