The owner, Kevin, knows pretty much everything there is to know about tires. Not only is he knowledgable, he is honest and fair. He gave me an amazing price on a set of four tires — I know because I called 5 other shops for price quotes and he was by far the least expensive. He got the job done quickly while I waited and even did a routine service for me. Great experience and will be going to JFC Xpress from now on!

Kevin Graham is honest, knowledgeable and hard working. I went to half a dozen shops for tire quotes on my BMW; Kevin was the only shop willing to email me a quote with comments educating me on tire selection for my vehicle and driving style. JFC Xpress had the best price and delivery too! I take all my cars here. Very pleased with engine work done on my BMW also; Russ Graham is a competent mechanic with a wealth of integrity. I recommend him for European & Japanese vehicles. His son Kevin «JFC Xpress Tire Center» has unbeatable prices and service for tires.

Did I say we love this place? Since my last review, we’ve had a couple oil changes and repairs on one of our cars. Kevin has fit us in when he was clearly booked and is always nice and helpful. Finding a shop that’s honest and competitively priced is a rare find. We really appreciate the service we get here.

Excellent service Kevin is a real expert in this field. He took his time to research and find the exact tires for a 1976 Eldorado. Most places did not really care and just tried to push the wrong tires on you. Kevin was able to break down each tire brand and help me make the best decision for my classic.
The shop is very clean and the service is beyond excellent. I’ll be purchasing tires for my other cars here for sure

Few months ago we did Amazon Local Oil special and service was quick and easy. Today I had request in regard to the Voucher that we did not use and Kevin was easy to deal with, honored my request and I am very, very happy! He really goes out of his way to accommodate customers and I really appreciate it!!!
That is the way to run the business, with honesty, respect and integrity!

This is the type of shop I’m happy to see succeeding. Kevin knows all there is to know about tires, gave me a straightforward estimate over the phone (and the price was better than the 3 others I compared it to), he provided advice on whether this was the best value compared to other options … it was an easy decision to come in and once I did, he had the tires installed in 20 minutes. What more could you ask for?! If they keep this up I don’t see any reason to go anywhere else.

They had a promotion on amazon local for 2 oil changes. The first time I drove there for an oil change, they said I have to get an apointment. They gave me an appointment after 2 weeks. I went there after 2 weeks at exactly the scheduled time and they had me wait until the guy who handles amazon local deals came. Once he came he immediately said there is no way they can do the oil change today since they are so busy and I need to reschedule. I had an appointment, and that didn’t matter. Also I noticed that the business was half empty and they can easily get more cars in at that time. The worst service ever. I asked for a refund and he was very eager to refund me the money. Well, if you don’t want to honor the promotion that you posted, then let us know and don’t waste our time. Very careless, rude and neglegent in dealing with customers.

AWESOME PRICES and SUPER SERVICE! These guys bent over backwards to help me fix a tire problem. They explained to me details of how the wheels work so if I ever have a similar problem, I’ll know what to do. AND I KNOW WHERE TO GO! Kevin at JFC Express! What a nice guy! And the tires were so affordable, I bought all 4 — and, man, is my car driving better!

Ok people, i got a flat yesterday and ultimately had to get towed home since it was after most places close. This morning I am preparing to find a place to get my tire and how to tow it there when i was referred to JFC Xpress up on crown valley. IF YOU NEED TIRE STUFF GO THERE! First off they are very friendly and the prices are competitive and fair but the BEST part is. When they heard of my plight they said that they would order me the tire and have it this afternoon. Once they have the tire they said they would drive it over with a jack and change it at my house! So, JFC Xpress is my new tire store and it should be yours too!
Edit: Andrew was the gentleman that came to me and replaced my tire on location. He was very friendly and professional.

Very small shop, if there’s anything wrong, Kevin will not take or replace the tires.
I bought 4 tires here for $ 300 a piece ($ 1200) out the door and they did not fit my truck. I don’t have to tell you this is a small fortune for tires. I didn’t ask for any discount, special consideration or anything. Kevin will not take them back even though they haven’t been driven. Every other dealer in Orange County I called said it would have been no problem if I purchased from them.
I never knew of this shop before buying tires here so I certainly don’t have an ax to grind. Simple deal.

Kevin is the man! I am a gear head and I am particular about where I go to get any work done such as tires. My buddy recommended me to JFC and said they are really good.
Came in to get two tires I had, mounted and balanced. Took about 30 min tops and cost me drastically less then anywhere I have gone to. From one car guy to another definitely go check them out, it’s worth it!

I was all excited to work with Kevin at JFC Xpress because I had two tires go bad within less then half of their warranty period (within a year). He said that it would be no problem and that he would send the tires in and I should receive a refund check within 4 – 6 weeks. Well it has now been over six months and I have still not received a refund check. Initially he blamed the slow process on Cooper Tires, but now he has run out of excuses and just avoids the phone, and any communication. VERY DISAPPOINTED!
