Tom Pelton is a recognized leader in the real estate industry. He has been selling real estate in Orange County over 10 years. For the last 7 years Tom has been a real estate Office Manager and Real Estate Trainer. He built the #1 selling real estate office in North Orange County with over 800 sales per year. He has overseen over 4,900 transactions in excess 2 Billion in closed sales. Tom’s background as CEO of an international Non-​Profit Organization gives him a unique ability to work with people of various cultures and inspire extraordinary achievement. He is a recipient of the Chairman’s Circle Diamond Award and Hall of Fame Award for achieving the highest levels of sales success in real estate. Tom is now the Manager of Coldwell Banker Offices in Laguna Niguel and Dana Point. Tom and his Wife, Paula live in Newport Beach. They have 4 children and 5 grandchildren.
