Ron Buck handled the sale of our single family Laguna Niguel home that closed escrow a few weeks ago. I met Ron informally as he was walking our neighborhood passing out information to homeowners about recent home sales. Immediately upon meeting Ron I could tell he was a professional real estate agent. During the transaction, Ron was incredibly responsive via phone/​text, he always let us know when someone wanted to view our house-​no unexpected drop-​ins, he knew the answer to every real estate question without hesitation (which showed me that he has been doing this for years) and he told us on several occasions to make sure we state the truth on the disclosures. I am truly impressed and thankful that there are still real estate agents out there like Ron. Ron is not only my real estate agent, he is someone that I would call up to have a cup of coffee. Thanks Ron.

Ron truly has a genuine care for his clients best interest and is 100% committed to helping them thru the process from the beginning to end and even after in our case. Ron helped my family find a home in Laguna Niguel which was a new area for us. His knowledge about the market and his expertise in this area really helped us to make the best decisions when it came to finding the right home for our family. He communicated with us throughout the entire process, which made it a stress free transaction.

My wife and i recently bought and sold a house with Ron as our agent and i have to say that Ron did a great job on both ends of the deal– we bought the house non contingent on selling out current home at the time because the house had multiple offers, but Ron was able to get our house sold and the timing was perfect– i also have to say that we are not the easiest of clients– we have very particular tastes and can be a bit demanding but Ron was always patient with us, he is also very professional and was always accessible. i would highly recommend his services to anyone who is buying or selling a home.

Ron Buck recently helped me handle the purchase of a property in South Orange county. I was purchasing a property that I had been renting and Ron acted as dual agent representing both myself and the seller. I was nervous about this situation as you really need someone to be honest and trustworthy in a deal like that. Ron turned out to be those things and more. Ron disclosed information that he know about the property from prior dealings. He was responsive and helpful in explaining the ins and outs of SoCal real estate and escrow. The process went very smoothly. In a business that has some issues with integrity I felt like Ron was an honest and reliable. I would not hesitate to do business with him again.

I can’t recommend Ron Buck and his team highly enough. I worked with Ron when I decided to buy my first house in Orange County about 2 years ago. He worked with me to understand my needs, budget, and preferences and set me up with a lender to get pre-​qualified (she was great as well!). Then, since I was new to the area, Ron took me around to a number of housing developments so I could get a sense of what I could get for my money and where.
About 2 weeks later, he called me because he had seen a new property come on the market that he thought was the perfect fit. We went by later that day and, thanks to his quick action, were the first to put down an offer just below the asking price, which the seller accepted!
Ron’s service didn’t end there, though. He helped me find an escrow company and facilitated a closing that was made more complex by my husband being out of the country. Ron even called the lender and got them to expedite the loan approval process so that we could close before I delivered my first baby.
I’m currently working with Ron again to find an investment property and his service is still as good as it was the first time I worked with him. He is honest, responsive, and really knows the business and the area inside and out. Don’t waste your time with another broker!
