Frank was a pleasure to deal with throughout all my «in“decision process. He helped me finally pull the trigger and I got the perfect carpet for a great price. There was absolutely no over measuring as some of the discounters do the get their price up. We ended up with just a small piece leftover.
The installers arrived on time, were professional, courteous, and helpful in moving all my furniture so carefully and taking care to put it back.

We are so happy with the new laminate installed in our house! Denis was very understanding with our concerns about choosing the right laminate along with getting a professional installation. We were apprehensive because of our experience with past subcontractors. Denis gave us a great price and install team.

The installation team headed by Marco did a superb job. They were very careful. The clean up was excellent. The job was perfect. Experience counts! We had a difficult stairway to carpet and a curve in the living room that needed carpet up to tile. I could not be happier. They also completed carpeting a storage closet under the stairway. Access was difficult to say the least.
We spoke with three carpet companies and they had the best deal.

We chose Tompkins Flooring for our flooring needs as part of a living room and kitchen remodel. The process could not have been easier despite having multiple projects and some unforseen setbacks (i.e. pipe leaks in our living room) happening concurrently. Carissa our sales consultant was incredibly helpful throughout the process, doing all the measurements, cost estimates, and ordering. We chose a high-​quality laminate and coordinating tile. They worked with our schedule too since we had them demo the old tile a month before the laminate floor and tile installation in order to get our cabinets assembled and installed. Alex the installer and his team were great. They made sure that the laminate was installed properly, even pulling up a few pieces in our kitchen after they were laid in order to make adjustments so that the floating floor would sit properly against our not so perfect concrete slab. Really appreciate the high quality products, professional installation, and wonderful customer service. Price was on par with other places. Will be back for services in the future.

I first used Tompkins Flooring 3 years ago to upgrade the flooring in my home. In comparison to what we could have spent elsewhere we got a quite a good deal from them.
They ultimately did a great job, finished almost exactly on time, and quality of the installation and product is very good. 3 years later, this laminate flooring still looks and functions as great as the day it was installed. We almost always get compliments from visitors about our floor.
Last year, I moved to a new office space and thought that a similar flooring as the one in my home would look great in the reception area here. Who did I use? I went back to Tompkins, and I got the same results. They’re great, they do as they promise and I would use them again so long as they continue to offer fair deals!
