Sally Cicerone

You do not want Sally Cicerone! In my case with the handling of my Parents, she lied and then lied more to cover up her other lies. She is only after my parent’s money. She is clearly unqualified and lacks the skills to help families. She wanted everyone involved to stop communication with each other and to only communicate with her! She acts authoritative to cover up the fact that she doesn’t know what in the world she is doing. She is dangerous to the vulnerable that she has victimized and needs to be stopped.

Sadly we had to deal with this woman, she could not make a simple decision on her own without consulting her attorney, really didn’t need Sally Cicerone. So that resulted in double billing. She handled our rental property and the tenants & they said she was extremely rude & unprofessional. When the tenants moved out, she didn’t change over the utilities resulting in our plants & grass dying. She over billed more than 22 times the 1^st year and never an apology. When her cash cow (my mother-​in-​law) passed we never even received a condolence. Guess a $ 5.00 card was too expensive. It was all about the money. Between the Judge, attorney’s & Sally Cicerone not one cent went to my mother-I’m-laws care, Sad this is how things happen…

Against all advise I decided to enter into the Probate Court System when my sister & I couldn’t come to terms over my mom’s estate. Looking back, I had no idea what I was getting myself into. Dealing with the idiot Judge, too all the attorney’s and the worst person the Conservator, it was really nothing short of organized crime. These people operated with complete impunity when it came to helping themselves to all of our money. My mother’s estate was not a difficult one, with 5 simple checks to be written each month. Sally Cicerone, our conservator, couldn’t seem to get much of it right. In the 1^st year alone we were double billed 22 separate times, she failed to pay the gardener in a timely manner, she neglected to pay the utilities resulting in the grass & shrubs dying when we were trying to sell the property. Ms. Cicerone displayed an uncaring callousness throughout our ordeal. Proof of this came shining through when my Mom (their cash cow) passed away. Not a card of regret or condolence, the one attorney finally sent a card AFTER I mentioned it. A gang of four didn’t really bother seeing my Mom more then ½ dozen times in the two years they stole from her estate, combined. Going in, I had over $ 100.000 earmarked for me & my family. Money my Father worked very hard for to give his family some security, NOT to give away to a bunch of strangers. I’ll be lucky to receive a fraction of it, most of it has gone into their bank accounts. We are still waiting to close this dark chapter. Ms. Cicerone feels compelled to continue to drag this whole thing out, although I am sure her check has probably cleared her bank account. In closing, I like this to be a cautionary tale, someone needs to look into this whole misguided mess & take action. I have read complaint after complaint directed at Ms. Cicerone with the exact same complaints ad. Naseem. Somebody please look into this travesty, concerned citizen, Mark A. Reed.

Sadly this woman abused the system for her own personal gain. Her personally selected attorneys also took advantage of an elderly woman’s estate by depleting funds and recklessly managing property. The turmoil created by this woman and her harsh manner in my grandmothers care is what eventually took her from us. My grandma suffered in the end and the family was kept far away in a most difficult time of need. Beware of this wolf in sheep’s clothing.
