My boss has a brand new LCD TV that was purchased at Costco and just never worked right. I called Samsung and they gave me the info for the local authorized Samsung repair shop. The tv was picked up by these two guys last week. It’s been a week, so i called and left them a message earlier today to find out abt. the status of the repair. The main contact guy (Korean guy w/​very think accent) just called back, so i asked him what was the problem… he said «you know the problem already». (the tv was turning off by itself) I said, well, was it because of parts? Did something burn out? Guy -«we know what problem is, we ordered part, and fix it». So i said… I want and need to know. I need to report it to my boss! The guy says…“when u get invoice, you will know.”
«I will not explain to you» and hung up on me.
Now, if you are craving for some rudeness, please call these people, you will for sure enjoy it. Will never use their service again. No need for people to be this rude.
