Often when we are facing difficulty in our lives — with our relationships, children, partner or with ourselves we are not sure where to turn. The challenges of life take courage and there are times when we need support to create a new way of living. I provide individual, couple and family counseling for those seeking change. I enjoy working with those that struggle with anger issues, anxiety, spiritual crisis, depression, and creativity issues.
History
Established in 2010.
I have worked in governmental and private organizations providing counseling to individuals, couples and families. While I still work in this area, I decided to begin a private practice serving those in Laguna Hills, Irvine, Mission Viejo and other surround South Orange County cities. I understand the courage it takes to ask for help and I have a deep respect for my clients and their journey.

I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, MFC#45 351. I have a Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Fuller School of Psychology in Pasadena, CA. Not only do I provide therapy, but I also do trainings in the County and coach management on teamwork in communication.
