We have used InSync’s services for several years supporting our desktops, servers, and networking equipment. They are always professional, forward thinking and work with us as a true partner bringing creative solutions to the table.

Solid consulting services, market pricing. We use them for our networking, Linux and Windows servers, including file servers, mirroring server, asterisk VOIP system, managing our Cisco firewall/​VPN. They seem to work all over Orange and Los Angeles counties.
We have had one «emergency» caused by a power outage and equipment failure in the 4 – 5 years we have been working with them, and they were extremely helpful in getting us back online with almost no business impact.
I grade hard; the only reason for not going for five stars is non-​emergency scheduling sometimes takes longer than I would like. They also have not done a whole lot of what I would think of as strategic assistance, but their pricing reflects this. That and I don’t want them to get complacent!
Of the three different companies we have worked with, InSync has definitely been the most reliable and effective.
