I was born and raised in Melbourne Australia where I played Aussie Rules Fotball as a boy and into my twenties. I moved to Brisbane with a friend when we decided to travel throughout Europe where I met 2 guys from CA who invited me if I traveled to the States to look them up, which I did. Six months after I arrived in CA I met a beautiful lady on the beach. We have been happily married for over 35 years. I was brought up with a strict belief that service and quality is the only way to exist. In 1986 I started Aussie Carpet, by purchasing specials from different carpet mills and selling carpet installed at discounted prices. My strict belief in not only selling and installing but ensuring customer satisfaction is my number one rule. My goal is not to make a big profit on each job but to make my customer very satisfied and therefore most of my business is repeat and referral. Many of my customers have become great friends over the years.
