Went here with my friend the other day since we were just being bums and decided to drive down PCH from long beach and decided to stop at this beach. It’s a pretty secluded beach. Well it was pretty secluded because it was raining/cloudy that day and do there was not much ppl around. The waves though were pretty strong. We walked on the beach and hiked through some rocks in which was pretty cool because the waves would hit the rocks at a certain angle and would create this nice looking splash. Anyway we spent an hour or two at this beach. Like it. Would come back though.

Amazingly stumble upon this secret little find, that was tucked between a really nice residential area! I really wanted to check out the beach, so we made a quick turn on Thalia st and load and behold there it was a nice little balcony where during the day time you can see what im assuming a beautiful view– sadly during the night its almost pitch black .but the sound of the wave and the view of the city from a far was just breath taking! There is a nice stair case that can lead you to the beach, but as mentioned during the night time there is hardly any light but the moonlight!

There is not much to say about this place but the fact that it is a mini paradise tucked away in Laguna Beach. Was an amazing little spot to take sunset/beach photography. It’s a little cramped but there are not many photo op spots in OC. Highly recommend photographers to come out here! Occasionally, you will see surfers come up and down but not too frequently. I will definitely bring my girlfriend down here one day or come back to take more pics!

A great public beach that is easily accesible from PCH. Just find some street parking nearby. Meters are $ 1/hour. The walk down to the beach isn’t so bad, as there is a railing to assist you. As far as I could tell, there is no access way for wheel chairs or strollers. We had to actually carry our daughter’s stroller down and up the stairs, which wasn’t too bad. Once you’re at the beach down below, you’ll first notice how soft and fine the sand is here. I was so impressed, I wanted to take some home. For those of you not at the beach for the sun, there isn’t much in terms of shade. Bring your own umbrella or camp out behind a lifeguard tower. We came on a weekday in July, and I can honestly say that 90% of the beach consisted of hormonal teens. If you’re looking for a family oriented beach, look elsewhere.

A mural memorial is located here. Access is via staircase with curving steps. At the corner is the Thalia Street Surf Shop. Be aware for large surf or rip current. Body boarders should go south to Anita Street instead. I think the public telephone on top isn’t there anymore. No bike or stroller access. Thalia Street is an incline with metered street parking. I saw parking enforcement a block south so I’m sure they check everyday. Nickles or pennies are wasted on these meters because 15 minutes is worth a quarter. Only 66 steps down. The beach is very narrow and can be covered by the surf. The whole area is a rock reef. There are supposed to be designated areas for swimmers and the surfers but I couldn’t tell. You won’t find families here.
