One of the most sought after hair stylists in Orange County, Sergio began his career 18 years ago in Argentina. He quickly became the stylist among celebrities in the area. He has worked with some of the most famous European models, including Valeria Mazza. In 2002, Sergio came to Orange County and only 2 years later, he became the Artistic and Educational Director of the salon in the St. Regis Resort in Dana Point, California. It proved to be an environment which gave him the opportunity to let his artistic inclinations flourish; he began to style celebrities like Barbra Streisand, Carrie Fisher and many others. Sergio’s main vision is about styling, educating and entrepreneurship. Sergio jets between New York, Los Angeles and Buenos Aires to perform his styling magic for clients of fashion week and requests for editorial work.

This review is long overdue. I was in the area for a wedding on 9÷19÷15 and I believe Christine was my stylist? She is very talented and was attentive to my input. I left with great hair and received a few compliments at the wedding. Thanks for making this Jersey girl feel welcomed in the OC!

I have been going to Serandi for several years and gave always had excellent service and liked my hair color and cut. I am currently going to Julie and am thrilled with the way she does my hair. She is expert with color and pays great attention to the way that I want my hair. Her cuts are the best that I have ever had! I go to Julie every four weeks and am so glad that I found her! If you are looking for a hair dresser or just a change, I strongly suggest giving Julie a try!

Lauren is amazing! I came in for a quick blow dry and she fit in a much needed cut as well. It’s the BEST hair cut I’ve had in a long time! She really knows how to layer and take out the bulk from my super thick hair. My hair feels so healthy now and it’s so easy to style. I love how it looks and I’m soooooo happy! Thank you, Lauren! Rue just did my 18 year old daughter’s blonde hair color and it is PERFECT!!! Those of you who are blonde, know how hard it is to get the exact right color for your skin tone and your roots. Not only is Rue an amazing stylist, but he is a truly wonderful person and will be your friend for life! Can’t recommend him any better than that!
Serandi Salon is also located right on the corner with a beautiful ocean view and underground parking which is huge in Laguna Beach!

This is such a beautiful location to get your hair and make-​up done.
Lauren has been doing my hair over a year now. In that time, I have never had more people stop me randomly to ask me, «Where do you get your hair cut?»
We get very creative, and I truly trust her to do anything she thinks will look good– because it always does!
Also I must mention, her scalp massage is aaaamaaazinggg.. .
Lauren has done my make-​up for events, and it is such a treat to wear the false lashes she puts on me. I don’t know what she does, but those lashes don’t bug my super sensitive eyes at all.
I always leave this Salon with a smile on my face.

I am on vacation from Woodland Hills, Ca. I read the reviews about Serandi and scheduled a base color, highlights, gloss, blow dry and a little trim with Christine. I decided to get my hair colored here instead of my regular local salon. I was so pleasantly surprised that my color looked better than it has in years. I spend more money in LA and even more when I went to a ridiculously over priced Beverly Hills salon. I realized how much I have overpaid for supposed top notch salons in LA. Much to my surprise Christine did a better job than my previous experiences in LA. My desire is to keep up my hair with her… but it’s a long drive. She’s such a lovely person and very collaborative. I’m very impressed. Thank you Christine.

I had my hair done by Lauren today, she did such an excellent job! I had kind of a mess on my hair, black box dye over a few years that I tried to take out myself — leaving me with patchy pieces of brass, a black bottom and an uneven cut. My goal was to lift the black and come out with a brown, just hoping for as light as I could take it in one day. She told me that she didn’t want to promise a certain level lightness but that I would see a noticeable difference and it would lift to brown tones. From the beginning she said that when coloring and cutting hair, she is all about the health of the hair. We discussed different options of a color remover, bleaching, and ombré. She first did a color treatment, then bleaching process on the remaining areas of black (because my hair did not want to let go of that black dye!) she placed a toner overall and recolored the ombré to a cinnamon. SO HAPPY with my hair! It looks and feels great and healthy.
She also suggested a cut, which at first I was unsure. But she told me she wanted to give me a style that fit me better and adjust the layers I had. Once again, she did a great job and I really trusted what she had to say and the results I ended up with!
Thank you Lauren, so happy with my hair, I think I’ve finally found my stylist! Highly recommend her because she can see your style and work with it to your advantage!

I got my haircut by Carey Klinger! She is a color specialist, but also a talented hair stylist. She gave me the best haircut ever, short haircut that is versatile with textured pieces so it can be styled fun for parties, but still be done in a nice conservative business way for work. She really did everything I asked + more and kept in feminine too! She really gets it!
Also the way she shampoos and massages my scalp was so so amazing. I truly felt well taken care of.
On top of all that she is a really sweet person to talk to! I really enjoyed the salon, the vibe and the kindness of the salon owner too.

This was my first time venturing out of my usual Toni & Guy/​Aveda salons, but I am glad I took that leap of faith with Serandi’s Carey K. Five stars and here’s why:
In our initial consultation, we spent 20 minutes discussing what I like best about my past Toni & Guy/​Aveda salons. After listening to my rant and rave, Carey was able to give me a hairstyle that amalgamated all my suggestive inputs— short, stylish, even edgy, but still professional. She’s really easy to talk to so the time flew by and I still am really satisfied with the end result.

I drove all the way down here from Tustin yesterday to get my hair cut by Carey. It may seem like a hike, but I always enjoy taking a cruise down to Laguna Beach so it was a treat for me to get in my car and cruise down to the coast for a little R&R and pampering.
Carey was my stylist. She was the nicest, most professional, courteous and kindest stylist ever. She was attentive to my needs, and she asked me a lot of questions before getting started. During the consultation, she asked about what I liked, didn’t like, what I wanted to do with my hair (I told her I was trying to grow it out) and listened carefully to what I wanted. She gave me the best shampoo/​massage ever, and afterward cut my hair with great precision. She was very meticulous in her work, and asked if it was ok to cut off a certain length before cutting it off. I am extremely happy with my haircut, especially my bangs. She did an excellent job on my bangs, and now I have a nice cut that frames and slims my face nicely. My husband liked the cut a lot too!
It’s a higher end salon, clean, and you get an ocean view while getting your hair cut. All the stylists got along with each other, were all friendly and professional… no ego or attitude from anyone (how refreshing for me). It was a very warm, welcoming and family-​like atmosphere. The salon is right on PCH across the street from Mozambique (or at least I think that’s what I saw while looking out the window getting my haircut), and they have free parking for clientele. Otherwise, if you park on the street it’s metered.
