My daughter and I both had our hair styled by Christina and she did an amazing job. Christina has also colored my hair in the past and gave me a natural multi colored auburn that was beautiful. My daughter had a good idea about what style she wanted and Christina listened to her and gave her exactly what she was imagining. I love that my daughter and I have the same stylist and can make a day of getting our hair done together.

I highly recommend Nathan as both an excellent stylist and colorist at this salon. He listens carefully and then shares his ideas so you reach a happy consensus. He knows how to cut and style ageless yet updated dos. A true professional and very caring.
The salon is happy and bright with people who answer questions on products while providing coffee and tea. It’s updated industrial look has a modern vibe with a staff who are casual but very intent on giving you the best service.

I have been getting my hair cut by Christina Da Silva for the past several years. I wouldn’t think of going to anyone else. Christina gets it right every single time. She also does my wife’s hair and makes her look amazing. People ask me where I get my hair cut and I always send them over to Christina at The Workshop. You can’t go wrong!

I highly recommend this adorable, clean, and classy salon! I have been going to Amy Kim for years, as she is the absolute BEST stylist you could ever go to, and her new salon is also of the highest caliber. All stylists and staff are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and provide personable customer service to all their clients. This is a full service salon providing everything from color, cuts, up dos, and anything else in between. I am constantly stopped and asked where I get my hair done and there’s only one answer… The Workshop Salon!

Finally, a salon that gets it! I love my stylist Amy, and happily followed her to her new salon, The Work Shop. Not only is Amy a wonderful stylist, but she understands her clients. The new salon is open and inviting, and best of all the shampoo sinks are tailored to support your head so no more dreading my shampoo! No pretension here, just friendly, talented stylists in a laid back, warm atmosphere. Thank you, Amy. I’ll be bringing my girls in soon.
PS…ample free parking is a definite plus as well :)

The Workshop Salon is incredible! Contemporary, bright, comfortable, and gorgeous… a true oasis on Mount Diablo Boulevard. Amy Kim (the owner) is a gifted stylist… an artist who is an expert with cuts and color, and she has an amazing team working with her. I cannot wait to return!
