Practice focuses primarily on general business and litigation, with experience in matters that involve foreign entities or trade. Recent experience includes commercial business, solar energy projects, commercial agricultural disputes, breach of contract and fraud. Within the context of business matters, experience includes drafting and negotiating a variety of sales, licensing, operational, distribution and intellectual property related agreements and advising on California and foreign entity formation and operation. Lived and worked in Tokyo from 1997 to 2004 providing international business consulting and legal advice.
