Don’t. I know you want to, but don’t. The product can be great, but these guys are their own worst enemy. Our $ 6,000 front door that was custom made by them has been sitting for almost 6 months waiting for a resolution while we pretty much beg them to deal with it. They had the door finished and then put tape on it — pulling off the finish. It’s been a nightmare trying to get them to deal with it. Along with the door we’ve spent nearly $ 100,000 with them on trim and our emails and calls are regularly ignored. Personally I would NEVER use this company again.
