Lafayette PC Repair is the computer repair division of Sound Advice, a local Lafayette Indiana company that delivers full service IT support, maintenance and consulting, phone services, and custom audio/​video solutions. In 2014, Sound Advice acquired Lafayette PC, both based in Lafayette, to expand their service offerings primarily focused on the residential, small and medium business and non-​profit companies.

While the woman I interacted with was friendly enough, they couldn’t help me! WTehir website implies that they do hardware repairs, but when I visited them, I was told otherwise! Really disappointed. What sort of PC repair place doesn’t do actual repairs?

My PC suddenly lost its ability to bring up videos and other media. Lafayette PC worked with me until it was fixed, had my computer back to me quickly, and repairs were done at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend. The owner is determined to get it right for you.

I recently brought in my laptop to change out the fan and upgrade some hardware. The crew there handled everything perfectly and even helped my out after the fact when i had a question or two. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for quick, honest repairs.

Lafayette PC is the only place I go for any of my technology needs. I have taken a computer to them, which I thought I would need a new computer, and after 2 years the computer still lives! I have had printer issues that they were able to fix it remotely, which was nice I didn’t have to take it in or make an appointment for someone to come to my house. Not only do they do repair, but they also do technology set up you might need.
Julie and Jason are wonderful people that are extremely involved in their business and the community. I would highly recommend them to everyone!

My work computer got a nasty virus despite having antivirus software. We had Lafayette PC remove it. They did several layers of tests to ensure at the end the virus was no where to be found. We were up and operating in no time.
We also moved our office for remoldeling and Jason came over to switch all our computers, phones, and faxes into our temporary office and back after the remoldel. It could not have gone faster or smoother.
Our office has a lot of trouble with wireless due to our old building and lots of metal in the walls. Jason and his team came over and analyzed the best way to add additional wireless signals and now we are up and running with wireless.
Call them for personal pc or business computer issues. They know their stuff, they are friendly and down to earth, and are quick to respond.

Jason and Julie with Lafayette PC SHOULD be your choice for all things computer. They are hands on owners and their staff is very knowledgeable as well. I had my hard drive crash at a very inconvenient time. Not only were they quick to fix it (actually replace it), but they provided the best support and took their time to try and make it the most economical repair for me.
Any time you have PC issues or any computer related issues give Lafayette PC a call and you wont be disappointed!

Jason & Julie are GREAT! I had an issue with my business laptop. Julie even delivered my laptop to me at work after Jason had finished fixing it. The results are incredible, it runs faster and better than it ever had before. I have referred them since, and will continue anytime someone asks if i know «a computer guy»

I had a virus in my computer and decided to call Lafayette PC. I was lucky that the owner was close to my office and picked it up right away. They fixed it the same day and now my computer runs great. The personal even speaks Spanish and besides being very profesional they are also very friendly.

I recommend Lafayette PC because the rates are reasonable, and I can trust Jason Rubsam and his team to do the job right.
Jason cleaned up my laptop after it picked up a virus, and he recovered data from a desktop computer that was hit by lightning.
This is most important: I was using a MyBook device to back up my computer files. Then suddenly, the device stopped working. Jason signed me up for an online back up service. It’s more reliable and safer than the DIY method I was using. I strongly recommend that you call Jason now to ask about back up options. Do it before the next tornado hits!

I’ve used Jason & Lafayette PC now for a few years both personally and at my business. While I had my old computer system in my office, Jason was excellent at responding to our ever growing needs as the system aged. Jason just installed a new server and four work stations and we are completely thrilled with the results. Jason has also done work on my personal computers at home and again, very satisfied. I HIGHLY recommend Lafayette PC, they are great!
