My name is Jonathan Gross. I have been using computers since 1988.
My curiosity got the better part of me when they started to install computers at work. I was always around when the technicians had to fix something as I liked to annoy them with question after question about why they broke, how they broke and how would they fix it? They were a bit happy when I left the company in 1998.
I have been out on my own, fixing and helping people understand their computers better. It’s been the best job. It’s really fun to see someone have an «aha» moment about their computer.
I specialize in dealing with senior citizens, I had a lot of practice with my father over the years, and really anyone who needs friendly help.
I can explain in terms that will have you understand or just fix it for you.
