Specialties

As a Personal Trainer I specialize in working holistically bringing customized In-Home workouts to all walks of life. I have advanced coursework in the 55 and older population working to improve quality of life.

As a Counselor/Therapist I work uniquely with motivation and understand the mind-body connection and my clients appreciate the careful attunement and relationship that I build with each one of my clients.

In addition to your personal goals I focus on functional movement and injury prevention so that you can physically active long into the future.

I take a limited number of personal training clients so that I can bring you my best in each and every session. I also have a private psychotherapy practice where I work with individuals and couples in addition to teaching swimming to people with fear of the water.

History

Established in 2010.

I have been bringing In-Home workouts as a personal trainer since I received my certification. The history of my fitness career started as a competitive swimmer. I was awarded a scholarship to swim for Division I Miami University in Oxford Ohio where i continued my passion for fitness and water. I use much of my education and first hand experience of Holistic Fitness to bring to my clients to help them balance Mind and Body Holistically.

Meet the Business Owner

Theo K.

Business Owner

My passion and skill in swimming and fitness resulted in an athletic scholarship and opportunity to swim at the Division 1 level at Miami University in Oxford Ohio. I was part of the 2006 Mid America Conference Championship Team as well as an Individual Conference Champion in the 100 yard Breaststroke. My breaststroke split in the 200 Medley Relay was top 5 in the NCAA.

After my swimming career came to a close I focused on my two passions: Exercise/Fitness and Counseling. I Decided to become an American Counsel on Exercise Certified Personal Trainer and focus my practice on clients who wanted In-Home Training. This allowed my connect on a more personal level with my clients in the privacy of their own homes to share my passion for exercise.
