Back To Action Physical Therapy

Be wary of cost. I came in asking for some advice on exercises to help speed up my recovery from knee surgery. I was charged for an ultrasound, manual manipulation, a supply fee (which was a stretchy band… I already had one). I questioned this saying that I didn’t need or want the extra stuff but was put through their same process anyways. I got some advice too and the person I talked to was knowledgeable… but the bill was staggering.

Back to Action has a great, caring, and knowledgeable staff. I needed there help as I have had several old injuries and operations. Over the years I have stopped using parts of my body and that has placed a stain on the other parts of my body. I recently hurt my back and after two months I can’t get back to where I was. So I called up to set an appointment. I have odd hours and we couldn’t make it happen. The receptionist did not give up on me. She placed me on hold and came back and said she will fit me in early as I needed. I saw Deb my first visit and found out she came in early to see me. She saw me on time and she wasn’t in a rush to get to the next patient. I really felt she took the time to understand what exactly was going on with me. Aside from the work they do in the office they take the time to show you what you need to be doing at home and during the day as well. The second time I was there I saw Luke. He already knew what was going on as Deb left notes. He checked me and worked with me on my exercises. I have noticed my self feeling better. Not just the pain but overall. I’m looking forward to my next visit.
