Fantastic customer service, beyond anyone’s expectation. Mr. Ansari and his staff are amazingly caring and patient. Today, Mr. Ansari helped me with my international mail which was so important and I had messed up the way/​order my document need to be mailed. It was a lot of work, at the time and it requires some follow up and forms to be filled out later (due to cancellation of one package). But, he was so patient and took care of everything with a great smile and being nice all through the way to the end.
Thank you so much.

We had to stop by to get a few pages notarized. I was not aware that there were many blank areas that should have been filled out in advance. Our notary read through everything to insure we did it correctly. He did not have to do that. He went above and beyond to insure we didn’t screw anything up.
In addition, he showed me how my middle name was spelt different than my license. Wow, all these years and I did not see it.
He was good, I highly recommend you visiting this store.

The employees are really friendly! They are also one of the only mail stores in south Orange County that has the rose wedding stamps on hand. I called a bunch of other places near my parents in Newport and my house here and no one had them. I was able to buy 14 sheets of them from here, which made me super happy! Just because of that, I will go here for all of my mail/​shipping needs.

Great customer service. I needed a document printed for a class and neither Office Depot or staples could get it to print, but the UPS store here did it for me. The owner and staff were friendly and helpful.

I have been a customer here with a box since 2008. I have since moved out of state and still have the box. I have had them pack and ship many items for me. Some items were fragile and without exception they have always arrived in perfect condition. I have visited many «mail stores» and this store by far has the best customer service.

Fantastic customer service! I took a large item that needed to be returned to a DIFFERENT UPS store & the 3 young employees stood around discussing all the ways that they couldn’t help me because my item was too big & they didn’t have a big enough box. I called the Ladera Ranch UPS store & the gentleman (owner I think) said «Of course I can help you! If I don’t have a box big enough I’ll make one!» And that’s just what he did:) I love when people actually CARE about helping you.
I will absolutely return to this store & recommend it to others!

This review is long overdue! I’ve been coming here for over eight years. Most of the time spent here is when I had a clothing business in high school. I’ve never had any issues with the UPS store here in Ladera Ranch. I shipped out all of my packages (sometimes to other countries) with absolutely no issues the whole time I’ve been coming here. The store is located conveniently near my house in Ladera and is rarely crowded. I still stop by once in a while when I need a letter shipped with a tracking number. Thanks Mano for always giving a very positive customer service experience! Mahalo!

Fantastic store to do business with. The employees are always willing to help and take care of me every time I stop by with my orders, even if I come in last minute.
This is a prime example of how not just a USP store should be but of all shipping outlets.

I have been using The UPS Store in Ladera Ranch, California for many years. I have been a Ladera Ranch resident since early 2001 and find The UPS Store very convenient. Mano and his remarkable team always help me with all of my shipping needs. They take tremendous pride in the way they package items to ensure nothing gets damaged. I also utilize The UPS Store for my P.O. Box. It is VERY convenient to be able to accept all size packages and the e-​mail notifications when you have a package that does not fit inside your box is fantastic. Mano and his team always are very friendly and provide amazing service. I would highly recommend The UPS Store Ladera Ranch to anyone.

I use this UPS store all the time! Manno is great and friendly, and I really like Ava and Gustov. They are very well trained and they know their business. I will continue to use this store… Its clean and friendly and they are knowledgeable!

I am very surprised to see the bad reviews about this store. I have been to this store many times mostly just to drop off package with prepaid label. The manager and staff are always friendly and greet me with a smile. For those who are complaining, they really need to check out the AIM mail store next to Albertson’s and they would know what is bad attitude and horrible customer service.

Average UPS Store. There are always staff to help, never had to wait before.
Clean store and friendly staff. So why am I still giving this place a ³⁄₅ Star?! Well, it’s just average, what I would expect from UPS.

I have been a customer for years. My mailbox is there and I use UPS to ship and mail everything. Everyone is helpful and take care of all needs I have. Mano has been great, Farid and Ava has been awesome. Thanks for everything and keep up the good work!

Don’t go here! Their manager Mano can’t do his job and spends more time on Unilocal then he does solving problems himself I’m not here to narc anyone out figure it out yourself and stop harassing me after one day and you wonder why you got a bad review your just as annoying as your staff!
Mano you really are a terrible manager who doesn’t know how to train a staff or figure out things on their own accord! It’s not my problem your business is failing you know what my experience was. Do not message me again I care none the less to deal with an incompetent person like yourself!

Had a great experience. Had already been to the Post Office twice today to get clothes to my son in the military but had several obstacles — not the P.O. fault, but I needed to make another trip. I decided, instead to try this UPS Store. I’m very glad I did!
Ava is incredibly patient, extremely helpful, professional AND very sweet. She did not try to sell me anything but I ended up buying one of their boxes because it was more practical for my contents. Ava made the label and taped the box — YOU CANNOT GET THIS SERVICE AT THE P. O!
The thought of going back to the P.O. made me want to cry. I stood in their endless line for almost 30 minutes today! My time is so much more valuable than the few extra dollars to a business that needs to make money to pay the rent and their employees… I am happy to pay it! Especially when it comes with the stellar customer service I received! I will NEVER wait in the P.O. line again!

Sat am-​return the AT&T equip. in exchange for Mr. Mano’s attitude–
–no, don’t reach a paper to write down your # that he couldn’t hear you.
–no, he has to slam down the receipt to give it back to you.
So, if you want to take all that, go for it.
I think other UPS store/​Fedex will have better service than Mr. Mano.

Very helpful and easy to work with. I needed help boxing some larger items and had a tried a FedEx store closer to me first. FedEx would not help at all, did not even try. This UPS store took care of me. Customer service is what it’s all about.

I stopped by last week… they were very friendly at first… they were over charging 10 dollars to ship something to Las Vegas… Original quoted price was $ 14.00 then they jacked up the price to $ 28.00… When I didn’t want their service anymore and asked for a refund suddenly they weren’t friendly anymore… bottom line it’s not about the money… I just don’t like to feel like I’m being taken advantage

OK, so they were a little salesy last time I was in there, but hey — it’s a business and they have to make money, right?
