Olympia, WA
Expensive, but you pay for what you get. So far, so good. This facility is guarded with cameras, has iron bar gates and security entry codes (specific to your identity) to the gates and the elevator. This is good. We searched several facilities in the area from Dupont to Tumwater and this one appeared to meet our mark. We were looking for clean and secure.
Ask them for discounts for which they offer, depending on your circumstance.
A specific locking mechanism must be purchased by them. It appears to be safe and cameras are operating 24/7,allowing for a recorded file if something were to go wrong. So far, no tampering to our unit.
We did encounter a couple of hiccups though:
Problem 1) Only one individual employee is on site during the duty day, and they are always around the facility assisting others, but it is my experience that there is a sign in the window each time we visit. Messages are not returned promptly.
Problem 2) prices are good, but we referred our friends, and they offered them a double the size unit than ours at the same price. (not sure if they needed to make sales that particular day, but lost cool points for this. Make sure you are asking all the right questions about size of unit, price and discounts.
Problem 3) the height of the units are fairly tall, at least 10 feet, but the top foot is open and you can literally reach over in to someone else’s unit. The guy next to us draped some exercise equipment over the wall where some of it was hanging on our side. It took a couple of months for them to move it, after we complained to the office staff at least two times.

Very nice, neat and clean storage facility the units are heated in the big building area the staff is very friendly. The prices are higher than most other storage units but this is a centrally located storage area and I’m sure their costs are higher as well.

Clean, safe, locked and well priced. Evan was very helpful. Very nice and pleasant. I like that they had cart to help with your stuff and an elevator by each side. I had to use a code to get in, my code to use the elevator and a code to get out. I felt secure and very safe. There are cameras everywhere. This place is A++++. Will recommend to eveyone.

We searched far and wide for a clean, secure, climate controlled storage facility. College Point Storage far exceeded even our demanding expectations! The staff are amazing — authentic, personable, and professional. Everything is set up to make it easy as well as super secure. We were wowed by the covered loading dock, moving carts, 11-​foot ceilings, intercom, and other amenities. It’s Like having a condo for our treasured possessions!

Really great staff. They were very friendly, accommodating, and helpful. The storage is new, clean and heated. They stayed well past closing to make things work for me. I would recommend College Point Storage to anyone that is looking.
