Express Storage

This is a review for the Uhaul rental service and not the actual storage units.
My boyfriend and I are currently in the process of moving and rented a Uhaul from these folks. In town move so we simply rented a small truck.
The site itself was pretty well put together, the office was clean, they were well stocked on supplies and dollies. Those were the good aspects of it.
I was unimpressed with the quality of the service and the condition of the Uhaul, however. The guy working there was very short with us and not very polite, even though we were pleasant to him. He seemed to get agitated when we were surprised at extra costs that we weren’t warned of beforehand when renting online.
To top it off, when my boyfriend went out to the Uhaul (which seemed like was in good shape at first) he ran out and explained that there was a «slow leak» in the tire and there was a nail in it and that he ‘hasn’t had the time to fix it yet’. Note that this was after we signed the contract. Extremely unprofessional on his part and now something we have to deal with along with the stresses of moving! Not impressed.
