Brazil’s Roofing did an amazing job on roofing our home in Olympia. They did a quality job, on time at a great price. Brazil’s made this job very easy for us and we live out of state. Profession and quality work. We would recommended them to family and friends.

Brazil roofers have always been fast, dependable and courteous. They have been serving me for 21 years.

They are about as good as any roofing company. That is to say they are sketchy characters who don’t much care about anything but getting your money and being done quickly.
They did not get a building permit prior to doing the work. They used nails too long for the plywood sheathing so they all blew through the plywood at the overhang splintering the wood underneath which looks like crap. They tried to say that is required by current code but it’s not, full penetration of nails into the wood is not the same as using too long nails blowing clean through and out the other side. They left nails laying all about in the driveway so we can get flat tires. They also didn’t care enough to take some time to resolve drainage issues we asked them to address, so we are now stuck with them for the life of this roof too.
Beware. You may as well hire some undocumented workers to do the work for you as hire a ‘professional’ roofing company around here. They are all about the same, shysters and scam artists.
