Ate there today. Lunch. Chicken Teriyaki/Orange Chicken and steamed rice. Chicken Teriyaki was delicious. A little over cooked but it was still awesome. The Orange Chicken must have been sitting out for a while cos it was a little soggy but still had good flavor. Steamed rice was as good as steamed rice gets. Pretty hard to mess up steamed rice lol. Overall I’ll eat there again, probably just check what time that orange chicken was made first tho

I’ve eaten at a lot of Tasty Goodys because they are usually pretty good and I know what to expect. Maybe this was not a typical day for them, but I was very disappointed in the quality and taste.

Stopped in Tuesday night about 5 P.M. Very few customers. All food containers were loaded full with many choices. We ordered(2) 3 item dinners. Rice noodles, rice, BBQ pork, shrimp w/mushrooms(plenty of medium size shrimp). mushroom chicken, beef broccoli, orange chicken and green bean chicken. Fast service. Huge helpings of everything. Most of the dishes were warm at best. Ingredients looked/tasted to be decent quality, but everything lacked flavor. Mild to bland. If the place is very busy and there is a turnover of food so it is fresh/hot.and you like very mild taste with huge portions for the money… this place is for you… otherwise IMO pass. One and done for me…

Since working in the area there hasn’t been too many places that I really covet. Many of the restaurants are hard to come by. Perhaps I’ve been spoiled with the cuisine in Orange County and Los Angeles. Yet, when I can’t think of a place to go for lunch my fall back has been Tasty Goody. Pretty standard Chinese food for cheap. They tend to pile it on, so if you have a big appetite you wouldn’t be disappointed. I would recommend the orange chicken, the rice noodles or the teriyaki chicken. I wouldn’t recommend the chicken wings, you don’t get as much and tasted a little gamy. The flavor on the skin is good, but chicken instead kills it. There’s even a well known bbq place around the corner and after my honest, but positive review, followed by some haughty words from the owner, I rather come here then dealing with someone on their high horse!

This Place Is Nasty! I Was Just There Last Night And Got Beef And Broccoli With Orange Chicken. It Was My First Time Ever Eating At This One. I Normally Go To The One Off Azuza. After Eating I Went Home And Started Feeling Sick. I Got The Chills And My Stomach Was In Pain! I Believe To Have Got Food Poisoning I Was Up All Night In Pain And Constantly In The Bathroom. So Just Wanna Inform Any One That’s Planning On Eating Here.

BETTER than Panda and Pick Up Stix! CANNOT go wrong here. Friendly service(although not chatty), CANNOT beat the price for the amount of food you get! I favor the orange chicken or the house chicken and rice noodles. On cold days or ‘sick with the cold’ days I have to have the Egg Flower Soup!

Great food better then the Panda and good service. The creamy shrimp is worth the calories. Fresh

I came a second time and really regret doing so, never ever coming back!!! The first time the employee was stalling in attending Me, then helps someone who cuts in front of Me, then on the second visit I bought an order to go and asked for hot sauce and She got gave Me an angry look rolling her eyes! Definitely not coming back!!!

It’s not gourmet Chinese but my family and I love this place! It hits the spot every time. We have lived in La Verne 5 years and stayed away because of the 3-star rating. However, when we tried it, we knew that we found a hidden gem. The price is right and we are happy folks!

You can get made to order, which is great when you have food allergies. Solid, inexpensive and generous portions. Also, plenty of parking and inside seating– great for a quick lunch or take out dinner.

It’s not gourmet but neither are the prices. They will stuff your container full of food, enough for two meals. Super amazing for lunch after a rough night of boozing. Has good flavor and fast service.

Decent Chinese food, considering it is fast food. The portions are enormous, I ate my leftovers for lunch the next day.

They serve you giant portions of Chinese fast food, it is chinese fast food so what do you expect all you low star reviewers LOL, if you a place that rips you off with portions and pulls your nose high to the ceiling run over to Panda Express, we don’t want you here anyway! I usually get the BBQ pork, and I love the Creamy Shrimp to, to die for, quite literally too if I eat to much of this stuff! The place does need a revamp, looks like they have not re-decorated since the 90s, but the quality of the food, and the portions make up for it, and I like their hot sauce, someone else mentioned it seemed watery or something, that is true, but I like the texture and thickness amount, it tastes really good! I tipped the cute server once and she smiled at me, and the other server has this sort of high pitched voice its really funny and hes nice! I read a report once when China had the Olympics that they were training people over there to smile at you, cause its not natural behavior to them, that does sort of remind me of this place the servers are a little dull. But I rather them be dull then charge me 13 bucks for a few ounces of food.

Not so tasty, service is poor and food is worst. Not even the Sri racha hot sauce authentic. It was like a watered down sauce. Don’t come here.

As we call it cheap Chinese food… but it is GOOD! The price is cheap, but the food is delicious. They pack the food in and I usually have enough for two meals… so definitely worth the price! Check in with Unilocal and get a free eggroll

You cannot go wrong with any Tasty Goody and this one is no exception. Located in a strip mall, it’s pretty easy to miss, but it’s worth the effort. Don’t expect fine dining or 5 star rated eating, this is the typical Americanized Chinese food that they sing in Wu-Tang songs. Decent food at good prices, this place is always worth a drop in… Unless you’re in upland. If that’s the case then go to that location because they’re way better.

For a chinese fast good this place was pretty big and spacious. Totally not what I imagined when my coworker suggested chinese fast food. My coworker likes the wok wonton noodle soup. My boyfriend & I both got our own two plate combo. He got half and half which means rice & noodles with beef/broccoli and mongolian beef. I got all noodles with kung pao chicken & peppered beef. He liked the fried rice and the beef and broccoli. I thought that the Mongolian beef was tasty but oh so spicy. I thought the noodles was average. They had a huge selection of food. Prices is average too. This is a chain but definitely better than panda express any day. It’s across the street from the vons. Big shared parking lot.
