Atilla is the best. Our heater went out on Saturday night. Atilla come out Sunday morning and fixed it. He also explained why it went out and what else could go wrong with the heater unit. We had the same problem on Sunday night and atilla came out Monday, with no further charges and fixed it again. His customer care is the best. Wish more companies worked this way. I will refer Attila’s company to anyone who needs a/​c and heater work.

HIghly recommend! Our A/​C started going out in middle of last summer (my worst nightmare!). We interviewed several companies and Atilla and his company outshined the others in the interview/​quote process. He took alot of timeon a Saturday to answer our questions and recommend the appropriate unit for us. The installation process went smoothly and just as he said it would, completed in one day! Atilla continued to be easily available as we had questions on how to use the settings of the new A/​C.

I highly recommend this company. This past Labor Day our A/​C thermostat blew out while I was attempting to change it. I was fortunate enough to have used this company in the past and they did amazing work. I was so impressed the first time I signed up for the service maintenance plan. Atillah was great even though I called late in the day he was able to schedule me and fix the problem. He showed up even earlier than expected. Very professional and solved the problem. I am so glad I finally got frustrated enough to cancel our relationship with the company that installed our new A/​C units 3 years ago. I called First Choice for an assessment based on Unilocal reviews although we were not having any problems. Jose and Jorge were punctual, polite, respectful of our home and knowledgeable. After completing a thorough review of the system (a far cry from the 15 minute visits by the other guys) they told me exactly what they had found and corrected at no additional cost, preventing potential water damage. Jose also explained that the placement of our outdoor units inhibits optimal performance but does not have to be corrected. Overall, a very positive experience and I highly recommend this company.

Our A/​C died and we contacted a company that is advertised on t.v. all the time. They came out the next day and quoted us $ 16,000! So we quickly went online and read reviews for First Choice. Atila came right out explained all the different air conditioners. Was extremely knowledgeable and extremely responsible. When he says he will be there at 8:00 am he is there at 7:58! Amazing. His crew Jorge and Jose worked their butts off. True people of there word. And the best part… he charged less than ½ of what the other company was charging.

I called First Choice after dealing with my home warranty service and not getting my unit fixed. My regular guy was not available so decided to check Unilocal and called them based on their reviews. The technician Jose was on time and had my unit up and running in less than 5 minutes.

I made an appointment with First Choice Air Conditioning. Atila showed up on time and did a very thorough inspection and service to my a/​c system. He’s very knowledgeable, approachable and professional. His prices are very fair and he does really good work. I highly recommend First Choice for your air conditioning and heating service needs. He charged me $ 75.00 and did a great job. Will definetly call him back again.

Wow! First Choice re-​engineered my entire A/​C system from top to bottom. My house cools faster, cools more efficiently, and my electricity costs have gone down significantly. On top of that, their customer service is top notch. They answered all my calls, attended to all my concerns, and always showed up on time.

Too bad you can’t give Atila and his crew from First Choice A/​C & Heating, Inc SIX stars. My A/​C died early this afternoon so I checked Unilocal for a recommendation to repair it. I decided to go with First Choice because of the several excellent reviews. Man, these reviewers weren’t kidding when they raved about Atila and the excellent service A/​C provides. They arrived less than 2 hours after I called them and went right to work. Quickly, Atila was able to determine that my problem was a burnt out motor along with the need for a slight fill of refrigerant. I couldn’t believe my ears when he quoted me a straight up price including installation that was so reasonable I had to have him tell me a second time. I’ve dealt with several A/​C companies here in the desert including one that really ripped my mom off big time. If you want an honest and reliable company that offers an fair price for excellent work, you have to call First Choice A/​C & Heating Inc. I am quite satisfied with them and I think you will be also. I have only great things to say about First Choice A/​C and its owner Atila Both. We called on Saturday morning because we thought we might be having an issue with our A/​C. Atila showed up later in the morning at the agreed-​upon time. He patiently investigated and diagnosed our issue, which turned out to be minor. We then had him give our system a full annual check-​up.
Atila was easy-​going, clear-​speaking, patient and clearly knowledgeable. Atila was prepared, competent, and set us at ease. And the bill was very, very reasonable.

Atila came to our residence on an emergency during a holiday weekend and did a terrific job of finding and fixing the problem with our AC. Total pro– clearly explained the issue he found and fixed it. Fair, smart, knows his stuff and a nice guy to boot. I can’t recommend this guy highly enough. Real integrity. I had another company install my malfunctioning AC that I found through my home owners insurance and kind of regret that now. I was surprised to learn they don’t work weekends! First Choice does! He is extremely knowledgeable and professional, and he charged a fraction of what other larger companies would have charged. I have a vacation home in La Quinta and had bought a home warranty after 5 service calls I finally gave up and called First Choice. Attila came out within 2 hours tested my heater found the problem gave it a tune up and new filter and my problem was fixed. The best part is he was fast, courteous and clean and the price was fair. You will not be let down if you call First Choice nor will you be ripped off.
