As Time Goes By

Came here due to the great reviews they got; sadly I did not have the same great experience. I have a vacation home in Palm Desert and my decorative wall clock stopped working. I brought it here, and they told me that they would need to replace the entire mechanism, which would cost about $ 75 and would take about 2 weeks. When I did not hear from them for 3 weeks, I went in to take the clock back. When I showed up, they said «oh, that was just going to be repaired today.» I told them, sorry, but I want my clock back. I then brought the clock home with me and brought it to a shop in Covina. He asked me if I had tried changing the battery. I said yes, and he then asked if I minded if he tested the battery. I said no, so he did and found I had put a bad battery in it. He replaced the battery (free of charge) and it now works perfectly.

Wonderfull watch repair service! Very professional, highly friendly and refreshingly down to earth accommodating. Took my nice watch in for a battery, and they jumped
on it in seconds and additionally offered to clean the watch band and watch. They simply Give A Darn and are a pleasure to deal with! Obviously competent and carring!

I brought my Rolex watch in for repair — the owner repaired it in a timely manner and the cost was very reasonable. I was so impressed with his honesty, hard work ethic and willingness to serve me. A totally honest and expect watch and jewelry repairman.
Had my and my wife’s watch cleaned and new batteries. Very reasonable price and expertly done.
I was worried that another reviewer stated that they were overwhelmed with work and thus could not handle the volume. This was not true as they had the watches ready the next day.

Wow. These guys do great work & have some beautiful estate jewelry & killer clocks. This is the place to go to choose a unique piece for a friend or loved one or just get your watch battery changed. These guys are really nice & have a really good eye for unique pieces!

This is the best watch repair anywhere. The owner is a watch maker and he can fix anything except the break of day or a broken heart. Yes he is that good…

IN the last two years this watch repair store has become overwhelmed with work and can’t keep up. Too bad. The watch repairman and his wife are very nice people. The work was done well. There is just too much of it.
