This place sucks, if you want good quality work and people that answer the phone when you have a question about the progress on your car go to WEST COAST AUTO BODY IN LA PUENTE. Danny Gutierrez and his staff are amateurs in what they do.

Worst place ever let me start of with Not only they take days But months to fix a front bumper and a side fender Which they charge over $ 7000 almost $ 8000 ripping off the insurance not only you get the cheapest quality paint but labor is terrible they left my car looking dull and cheap looking like garbage from far away it looked a lil decent but when u put close detail to it is like if it was sprayed with cheap paint Belive me worst place ever not to mention once you leave your car here it would be hard to get it out so they be able to keep your car for months and you’ll be lucky they dont put a lien on it to try to stay with your car so if you dealing with Fredy, daniel or christina be carefull they would find ways to get the most money off you or your insurance with charging over prices and putting the cheapest material and labor the poorest

I’ve been wanting to leave a review for this place for a while now. I came to valley collision because I was told Danny which is the owner opened up his own shop this one and the original one in Azusa. Danny had did some work on my mustang back when he worked at California coach in walnut. Then my car was hit last year 2014 and needed some work done and so I followed him here to valley collision. My husband maxima got hit just recently and we already knew where to go. All I can say everyone there does a amazing job! Both mine and my husbands car come out looking brand new! Danny and Christina are both very helpful and leave you stress free. I highly recommend this shop to all my family and friends. Actually come to think of it my dad has also had work on his pilot here as well, and again amazing job. Danny and Christina thank you for everything!

Valley is tucked away behind Ed Butts Ford so a little tricky to find at first. My Prius was in desperate need of repairs. This is one of the best most helpful repair centers I have been to. Danielle called me before I had even had a chance to contact them. My insurance had contacted them first. Typically repair business are horrible at customer service and follow up. Valley Collision is on point! They are so helpful they even gave me a ride to Enterprise!!! My care was repaired and detailed better than I had ever seen it. Adrian did my repairs and was fantastic. 5 stars for VC2! My Prius looks brand new! And I can bring back in a month for a full wax and detail for FREE!
