I have had my car fixed at m and l auto several times and each time I’ve had an amazing experience. They’ve painted my rims, calipers, and fixed several rear end collisions for me. Each time my color match is perfect and I get exactly what I asked for. The staff at m and l is extremity knowledgable and friendly. If you’re looking for a body shop in the area and pay attention to detail this is the place for you!

Wonderful Customer Service!!! All of the employees are extremely helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, I was in an auto collision. It is everyone’ worst nightmare, but M&L makes the process easy and stress free. I took my vehicle here and so did the other party involved in the same collision. Both of us came out with brand new looking cars. I have a Volkswagen and would not trust any other repair shop with my vehicle. John was wonderful about keeping me informed about the status of my vehicle and was very patient with all my questions and concerns. He went out of his way to make sure I was a Happy Customer. The interior of my car is so sparkling new it’s amazing! Not a bit of dust or dirt inside the vehicle. When it came in it had Norco dust in it and cactus soil all over the front passenger floor. The car looked fresh off the dealer lot when I picked it up. This is a wonderful family owned local business and I can’t recommend them enough. Please if you need body work done come by M&L and get a quote. You will be impressed with the customer service and exceptional quality of work.

1. Problematic Color match: Go here, if you want a mom-​and-​pop-​shop style unmatched color on your brand new vehicle.
2. Takes much longer than they promise: expect a long wait time.
3. The person that provides kind services (Mike, 95% reason of good Unilocal reviews) is ON LEAVE! So, don’t expect the level of services that other reviews here mention anymore.
1. M&L failed to do the right color match on my VW Beetle when they repaired my rear-​bumper, despite that they are a VW-​certified shop. When I went to pick up my VW it was so off that it was immediately noticeable, they DID RECOGNIZE that the color was much off (much lighter), it usually would not happen, and they would fix it. The problem is that after their second trial of the paint job (at their own expense, to be fair), the color was still slightly off. Ok, the difference is slight, BUT, we are talking about a brand new vehicle. Yet, this time, Bill, the owner, did not want to recognize that the color was still off, and complaint about all the extra-​costs for THEM, associated with re-​doing the paint job. Yes, because of THEIR unprofessional work. How about MY time/​energy lost due to their unprofessional job of color miss-match?They declared that they are incapable of fixing the color more than this! Since Mike was so nice to me, I offered to take some time and wait, to see whether «the sun» would heal the problem, as they suggested. Of course, it did not. The color is still slightly off. Mike did his best to give me a solution, but his dad Bill, the owner, is not interested in solving his own professional mistake.
2. Time issue is not only me. My friend experienced the same. Do expect a longer turn-​around time than promised. They returned mine like a week later than the originally promised date, for the first return. They were late for the second return again, but then, Bill made such an issue that I should immediately go pick up my car, so that they wouldn’t pay one more day of rental. Later, my friend was complaining that a local bodyshop is taking much longer than promised in fixing her Toyota while she was paying a rental out of her pocket, and I asked her which shop, and her answer: M&L.
3. I still reserved my hard feelings against M&L, because of Mike’s effort. However, it turns out that Mike is now on leave (may or may not come back!) Most good reviews that you read here on Unilocal are due to Mike, and now he’s away. Bill, the owner is rude, condescending, uncommunicable, and not willing to work with you. He calls you names, and according to him, their mistakes and lack of professionalism is «your fault, because you are so complicated.» So, good luck, if you still want to work with this shop, without Mike, only with Bill.

I stopped by M and L for an estimate on repainting my 99 Tacoma. After discussing options with a knowlegeable salesperson, the price for a 2 step quality job was really tough to justify considering the trucks value. Even so, John seemed so personally invested in the project and when he said that «l was going to be so happy when they were done»… I believed him.
Verdict… Wow, Beautiful, I could not be happier. Ive had this Tacoma since new and it has really served us well but now its my little cherry. The paint looks like its dripping wet its so glass smooth and shiny. And all the extra details, window pieces, wheels, camper shell, all redone exactly like John described during our initial conversation.
If your looking for a body man that delivers on his word then, Ask for John at M and L and tell him you want the «Tacoma Special»

Brought in my 09′ Audi A4. Mike took care of everything. Was worried about getting genuine OEM parts but Mike reassured me and explained everything very well. Car looks good as new and couldn’t be any happier with the work and the customer service here! Highly recommend.

This was auto body shop was a great experience for me. It is family owned. All the employees and family were friendly professional and did a great job servicing my car. Thanks for the email repair updates and starbucks card. My car was done in a timely manner and looks like it came out of the factory. You guys have it together.

These guys are truly the best! I came to M&L Auto Collision the first time in 2011 after a lady ran into the back of my truck while I was at a stop sign. Bill welcomed me and walked me through the process from the quote to the work that needed to be done. He did a great job calling me and updating me on the process on when the body work was finished, going into paint, etc. My truck came back to me looking like new.
So when I got clipped from behind driving on the freeway in 2016, I knew who to turn to. John helped me out this time. I asked them for a quote on a paint job repair to my doors since they had some sun damage. John got me a quote and what I believed was a fair price to touch up the doors. They were fast. My truck was ready less than a week after I dropped it off. The detailing they did really impressed me — I had a hard time believing it was my truck. John was great to work with!
But the thing that I appreciate the most about this company (besides all of their hard work) is the thank you letter I got in the mail each time I have come here. That to me speaks volumes about their character. Great people. Thanks Bill, John and everyone at M&L Auto Collision!

I found these guys through Unilocal and decided to take my car there after I had a minor fender bender and I’m glad I did. Johnny took care of me from the very beginning. He called me to give me updates on the status of my car and within a week had my car repaired and detailed, looking like a brand new car! I can’t say enough good things about these guys. I just got my 300c SRT8 back from M&L from a recent incident that caused a significant amount of damage. These guys did a bangup job (no pun intended) on my car. Their work turned out amazing, the paint is flawless, all the body panel lines up perfectly and this was after having to put it on a frame straightener, they detailed the heck out of the car inside and out. When I went to pick up the car they were even touching up all the little nicks in the paint that were unrelated to the accident. Excellent communication every step of the way. A+ shop, very impressed.

Great customer service! Awesome people who truely care about their customers. Very friendly, professional, and most important, take care your car as their cars. I accidently got into car accidents (twice -.-), but everytime I get my car back, it’s like a new car. Very satisfied.

Awesome everything! I got in two car accidents in less than a month and they were so patient with my insurance and I. I have a 2005 Mini Cooper and they had to repair and renew the whole front and it looks amazzzzing! I’m so happy with my results and I’m even more obsessed with my car. They showed a lot of love to my needs and my cars and took excellent care if it. Love love love this place and would recommend them to everyone!

This review is long overdue for M&L. While mercury insurance is absolutely the worst, the only thing that saved my experience with auto collision is M&L. They have an extreme attention to detail when it comes to body work and they even detailed it when I came to pick it up. I dare say it looked better than day one of buying my car. The staff is extremely friendly and the service is of the greatest quality and very rapid. I would definitely come back to you guys for repairs and highly recommend this location!

Friendly staff and a great place to get your car fixed. I worked at a body shop in Illinois and knew what to look for. They exceeded my expectations! Paint looked awesome, and my car looked brand new again. Apparently I didn’t have rental coverage, but M&L paid it for a week, which helped a lot. Any problems I had after, (tire light came on) were taken care of immediately. Thanks guys!

I am one happy girl ! Getting my car back and it’s FREAKING BEAUTIFUL! That front end never looked so good! They left the entire car a sparking beauty and I think my favorite part is the headlights! They not only polished them clean they are now coated with some super miracle product that will keep them like new for years. Friends I can’t say enough about the extremely professional and VIP service I received at M&L! I new I was in good hands from the insurance claim to rental to repair ! I can’t say enough great things about M&L. They define customer service. When I first called Annette was very friendly and gave me all of the info I needed, it was like talking to a friend not a business. Then when I dropped off my car I was greeted by Mike & Bill like one of the family. They explained the whole process to me and were very efficent. I was kept up to date by Mike with the progress of my repairs with phone calls, e-​mails and even pictures! I never wondered what was going on or had to call and ask. When I picked up my car we did a vehicle walk and I was shown where all the repairs were done. Not only did my car look great but it was clean and detailed inside and out. I will definately be referring people to M&L and will use them again in the future if needed. Thanks again M&L you guys knocked it out of the park!

My bf had his car fixed here about a year ago. When I got hit I was very scared to just take my car to any shop. M&l was so awesome I called and he setup someone to pick me for a rental and took care of the paper work close to closing. John was in contact with me through out the whole process of getting my car repaired. I spent the money and had my car detailed and boy did it shine. Bill called me after I had my car a few days just to make sure everything was back to normal. Not your average car shop they car about your vehicles… Being that was my first accident they made the process so smooth and less stressful. Will definitely recommend
