1st time here… it’s supposed to rain in 2 days but my car is really dirty. The attendant was a little pushy about trying to get me to upgrade my package and get leather treatment. The cashier was really nice and friendly. I will update review when my car is done.

Overall, I’m really glad I found Carloops! I’ve made them my go-​to car wash ever since I discovered them fairly close to my work. The basic package is the option I often go for and I think it’s priced just right and even better with their $ 1 off Unilocal check in deal.
I give this place 4 stars instead of 5 because of my husband’s recent experience. He left a bunch of quarters in his cup holder since we were going to stop by the laundromat later that day. Well after the wash, most of his quarters magically disappeared!
He called Carloops to notify them of the situation and said that their management handled the problem nicely offering to reimburse him for the amount of money he had lost in change and a free car wash to secure his continued business. It wasn’t confirmed whether or not someone actually stole the quarters, but the manager said he would review his cameras for any mysterious activity.
I don’t want to let this one negative occurrence affect an otherwise flawless track record that I’ve experienced so far. In the future, I would just leave all money and valuables at home to avoid potential temptations (even though I should be able to trust them with my car and the things inside of it).
FINAL THOUGHTS: They’re worth a shot!

Bad Carwash they lazy the workers they have didn’t vacuum correctly I have memory seats they moved them and cleared the memory on my seats so I had to reprogrammed them I never had a bad service or wrote a bad review I try to keep it real here on Unilocal because as many of us use this as a guide to where to go I am very disappointed and then my ace was full blast The guy putting my car in the machine was chilling in there with the AC full blast very rude!!! my leather seats had dust on them and I told the guy washing it to clean them just to take dirt off he said that the new owners don’t allowed to clean the seats I was like I never heard such I thing but this is the last time I will ever come here and if u love your car and want a good car wash go some where else this place deserves no business until they change and care about the customers cars not just the money

Been coming here for well over a year now and it’s really gone downhill over the last couple months. Not sure if there was a change but it’s evident. My guess is they’ve built up a huge amount of regulars, myself included, and have dropped in quality due to their lack of motivation.
These 2 previous times I’ve been there, my car has been rushed through without receiving the same attention it had before. Not sure if I’ll continue coming here.

Since the new ownership took over I feel that the quality has gone down from what this once awesome place use to be. Maybe just bitter that I was told to come at a certain, and still wasn’t able to get my car wash even though I had gotte therw before the mentioned time. I am uncertain if I will give this place another chance even with a free wash coming my way. Don’t get me wrong the staff is awesome and some of the workers do amazing work which were reasons I liked going there but after recent occasions and the price & convienence factors not being what they were I might have to find a new wash. :(I guess the future will tell but I really hope this place becomes what it once was.

I Unilocaled a place that has car wash & oil change services & this one caught my attention.
As I walked in I was greeted from the Manager, he was extremely kind & welcoming & introduced me to the beautiful cashier, mentioning she’s there to help w/​anything. Then he continued to thoroughly go over the packages w/​me & mentioned the check-​in offer.
The place is clean & smells good w/​a variety of car necessities.
The only thing I was a lil confused about was the person that did my oil change didn’t deactivate the computer in my car for the oil change alert, I had to ask him.
I’m going again today, actually, && bringing my bf so he can get a oil/​car wash, too

Came here today. I called ahead and said there wasn’t a wait. Was greeted right away by the manager. They went ahead and made me like a valued customer. It was weird at first because I never been treated this well when going to a car wash.
They really go out if their way for their customer. I got the #4 package and got my tires detailed. They threw in their spray wax for free. Prices are totally reasonable. If you’re a local I would recommend coming here.
I was satisfied with my service. Will definitely come again.

Car loops is honestly my one stop shop. My grandparents are the ones who’ve recommended them to me.
I brought there car for an oil change, although it was raining that day they did give me a rain check. The guy who did their oil change was the only guy there and after he finished every car before me he let me know how much longer he would be which made my wait all that much better because I knew what was going on.
When I brought my car back for the rain check I had no problem. Brought in my receipt and they signed it and that was it. No questions asked.
Now today I came in to bring my car for a wash. And I selected the number 3 package and the manager Marcos told me to get the number 2 cause it’s pretty much the same thing and it’s a little cheaper. Even though it’s there business and money he was still concerned about Saving me money which is the sign of an Amazon business.
Thanks car loops! Can’t wait to come back and tell all of my friends.
½/​16So I went for a wash today and the guy who cleaned my car found $ 15 somewhere and left it in the cup holder!!! Love how honest and trust worthy they are!!!

I love this car wash! I don’t love some of their staff, however the manager (Al) was on point with customer service! I went there quite awhile ago, got a special package, where I was promised a very clean roof., (at the time my car and roof were covered in bird droppings), so I had my car washed… When they beeped my horn, out of curiosity I inspected my car… HORRIBLE!
The was still a massive amount of bird droppings all over my roof!
I was livid! I asked the person taking care of my car, why it was left dirty. He apologized and proceeded to clean up the remnants. No more than 2 minutes had passed by as I waited, and Al walked out, asked me what was going on, and apologized many times, and gave me a free car wash!
Nonetheless, I was overall satisfied with my was and experience, just make sure to double check your vehicle before you leave, and/​or TIP the attendant.

Not too shabby. Definitely a fan now, especially with the awesome living social deal I purchased for this. $ 40 for 4 royal washes (at the value of $ 20 each wash). Car wash includes window cleaning, carpet vacuuming, hand wash with wool mitts, tire and exterior dressing, sealer, polish wax, underbody wash, and fragrance. Overall satisfied with the time and efforts towards my car.
A little out of my way, sure. But it’s close to where my BF lives. I have a year to redeem all four washes (two already redeemed).
It’s smack dab in La Puente, off the 60 fwy, exit on 7th Avenue. Can be difficult to find the first time, but totally worth it.
NOTE: Living social deal is gone, but Unilocal-​check in has a deal!

Here’s why we [wife and I] keep coming back. They take the time to blow out all the wheels, rear view mirrors and other crevices where water flys onto the car as soon as you drive off the lot. They do a great job everytime.
I happen to have a local charity card that gives me $ 3 off any package. See, its important to be generous.

So honestly, I’m not sure if it was the car was that caused my windshield to get dinged or that it was fine before but I did notice it after the wash. I got just the external wash, which was 5.99 but with $ 1 off after using the Unilocal coupon. They honored it without asking any questions or giving me any trouble. Overall, everyone I interacted with was just very nice and helpful. The facilities were actually very clean and well organized. The process was very smooth and well-​run. I think the wash did a pretty decent job on my exterior. I didn’t get the vacuuming done but I’m sure that would’ve been great too.
Bottom line:
Great place to get a car wash. Next time I will get the full basic wash for 11.99.
