Graduate student on a budget — Had the TCM replaced on my 2007 Audi A4. With my dad being a long time customer to Art’s place, I trusted them with my costly repair. A 3 day repair (said the dealer and other mechanics) got turned into just a few hours and I had my car back the same day. The entire process was straight forward, stress-​free, and professional. Will return for future repairs.

I was seriously so down on my wife’s BMW X5 I was considering selling it. It needed hood shocks (fell on my head while I was trying to figure out why the a/​c wasn’t working), oil change, and the air conditioning wasn’t working, and when it overheated I knew it was time to turn it over to a professional. One of my wife’s co-​workers referred us here and I have to say.. . I am so grateful. Art and Luis fixed everything! They fixed all of the important stuff obviously, but also the small stuff that was bugging me but wasn’t urgent. What a difference in the car. It feels like a new car. The a/​c works great with the electric fan working now. The clutch fan took care of the overheating issue. The hood feels great again when you open it. I swear the car feels new. When I came to pick it up, I realized that it had been washed as well. I thought, oh that’s cool, they even washed it. When I got home I opened the hood to check how the hood shocks worked I was blown away at the engine compartment. Looks like they steam cleaned & detailed the whole thing. It was really dirty with over 100,000 miles on it and it looks brand new now. I’ve never had a shop clean everything around a repair they were doing. You’re lucky if they clean the parts they’re putting on, but not these guys. I was seriously impressed. Thanks guys! The X5 is a great car and a pleasure to drive again thanks to you.

Be prepared for one quote and receive a completely different bill once the work is completed. Certainly do not sell your car to Art. Your liability will be endless. Atill waiting for completion after 6 months. Completely untrustworthy. I would prefer to take my vehicle to the dealer where the work is warrantied and done properly.

First time here! Love their services and a good thing is that they provide drinks such as cold water and coffee! I went here to get my oil and filter changed and I provided my own oil and filter; it was only 25 bucks to do it. Spoken to Art and he was great! I really recommend this place! their services are awesome!!! This is a 5 plus star shop! I am gald someone refer me to this place! Now I know where to bring my car next time! :)

great place to get your Mercedes serviced, they know Mercedes and have all the right equipment and you cannot beat the price. i tried. i spent $ 400 trying to get work done on the cheap closer to home but it failed because they mis-​diagnosed the problem. so then i went back to A Mercedes and it only cost me $ 160. i wasted the 400 trying to stay closer to home. next time I’ll just do the drive and get it done right and a the right price.

Art is the man you want to see for great work on your BMW, Mercedes, Range Rover, etc, he is an honest and hard working man that won’t try to rip you off. I’ve been bringing my cars to him for several years already and as painful as is to spend money on repairing them, I walked away satisfied with the work and cost every time.

Another great visit. I needed my breaks done for my BMW quick and easy and they washed my car and they dropped me off and picked me up from work so I wouldn’t wait around. Great family business. It’s a definite yes! He services everything from Porsche to Ferrari to Mercedes to BMW. I will never takes my cars anywhere else.
