Took my dog Bella here. She can be very timid when clipping nails but the groomers did it with no trouble. Haircut was a bargain for what they priced. Plus, the owner is super friendly and shaxy. I highly recommend taking your pup here for his/​her next visit. ;-D

We used to bring our puppies here a few years ago, we stopped due to an incident, however we decided to give it a try again. It looks like it’s under new management; they took care of our doggies really well and did a great job on grooming and cleaning their teeth and nails! Highly recommend to stop by and check it out.

I took my dog Jazmin today to go get groomed and they always do such a good job on her and my other dog Bell. Owner is super sweet and knows my dogs very well. Thank you Oh Puppy for your good service! I recommend anyone local to come here :)

I wish that there was a way that I could post zero stars for this place or even negative stars. This incident that I’m referring to did happen along time ago but I drove by the place today and had a horrific experience that I wanted to share with anyone coming in. I brought my dog for grooming and left him for about an hour and a half to two hours. When I came to pick him up he was on his leash and I didn’t think to immediately look at his face. When I got him in the car and was about halfway home I noticed that he couldn’t open his eyes.
We immediately took him to the vet and they said he had some kind of head trauma. I went back in and asked if they had taped the grooming session, which they said they did. When I asked to see the tape they refused, gave me my money back, and said I was no longer welcome at their place.
My dog died about six months after this incident. He literally just collapsed one day and didn’t wake up. The hospital couldn’t tell us what happened to him. I cannot blame but I always have thought in the back of my mind that this was part of the reason he died.
Even if he didn’t pass I still would give this place negative reviews because of what happened to him after the grooming session. For them to hurt my dog and not allow me to see what happened and then ban me from their place was ridiculous.
I’m not trying to bash this business I’m just trying to be honest and helpful. Please don’t bring your dog here.

We have found our new groomers! I was a little embarrassed to bring them in because their hair had grown out a little wild and they LOVE to go play in the back yard and get very dirty! My two Maltese dogs came out super clean and super cute with teddy bear faces! Low cost and quickly done. Friendly service as well.

We have been taking our 3 little dogs here since it was a new place many owners ago and though my husband usually drops off and picks up these days, he has nothing but positive things to say, he really likes the groomer «Lupe» who usually grooms our dogs. They are quick and it’s clean… Some of the reviews here are shocking and some are old so it’s hard to judge by something that happened under different owners. I have no complaints and I can be a picky customer.

I have been taking my Yorkie Gidget here for years! she’s always perfectly groomed, and never has to stay for too long. plus, they have super cute pups for sale in the lobby, treats, and clothes! perfect little shop for all your pet needs!

I wish there was a way to give a negative rating. It was a little over a year ago when we took our dog there for the first time and he died there while being groomed. Then they tried to soften the blow by offering to give us one of their puppy mill puppies for free. No thank you. If you’re so neglectful and oblivious that you can’t see a dog in your care is in duress, you have no business being in this business. I will never take another dog there, nor will I ever recommend them to anyone.

This place is the best! Even with all the bad reviews, don’t believe them, because they’re literally lying. I took my little pooch over here to get a grooming, and I came back with a clean, fresh looking dog! Highly recommend!!!

The reason why I am posting this is because I recently adopted a beautiful pomchi for my 21^st birthday. I came here because my father recommended me and surely they did a great job on him. Milo and I will be looking forward to our next visit ^^

Just because we’re Hispanic doesn’t mean that we cant afford a $ 900 puppy! Me and my husband and 3 children went in looking for a puppy for my autistic son. We loved a malti poo and asked the price she then gave us a look, that kind of look like «you can’t afford that, why are you asking» she then giggled a little, paused then told us the price. I was so upset, didn’t say thank you and walked out and went next door to the thrift store. I then asked my husband to go back, show her the cash, act like we wanted the puppy to get her hopes up and then say never mind… success! !! Hahaha

Do not take your dog here! I brought my dog here for a routine grooming and he was returned to me with a botched haircut and he couldn’t open his eyes (See the pictures. It’s no exaggeration.) They gave me a free leash and calendar for my issues but I had to take my dog to the vet so that he could open his eyes! The reason I brought my dog here was for a low cost groom. I left spending $ 60, which is just as much as it costs at Petsmart or Petco! Also they do not check any shot records! How can you groom dogs and not know if they have their rabies shots? This place is shady and unprofessional.

I normally go Petsmart for my pet grooming. And I decided to give place a try. THEY ARE SO FRIENDLY AND MY DOG CAME HOME VERY HAPPY!
My dog is very well trimmed, ear hair plugged, nail grinded. Best of all, they take walk-​in and the owner is super sweet and nice. This place will be THE PLACE for my dog grooming!
