We are a diverse team of doulas, childbirth educators and health practitioners who have a passion for the childbearing year. We aim to help families find the information and support they need when preparing for their birth and the growth of their family. This time in a family’s life is the most special and should be treated as such by embracing traditions and caring for the amazing process.

Through our own personal experience and our work with families, we have developed an amazing network of professionals who approach the perinatal cycle from a holistic point of view. History

Established in 2014.

Founded by a pregnancy inspired mother and doula, Your Birth Traditions is a team put together to create a holistic birth collective that can help families in their goal for an informed and connected pregnancy, birth and postpartum healing period.

We are a growing team of professionals that specialize in stages of the perinatal cycle. Your Birth Traditions aims to «re-​birth» ancestral traditions from generations long forgotten in today’s birth practices and provide such services in combination with modern education.
