I paid these guys over $ 200 to fix the screen of my phone. They did a poor job, and when I asked about it, they said there was nothing they could do.
It broke completely, but just after their «warranty» had expired.
Save yourself the aggravation and get a certified repair. These guys buy cheep parts NOT certified OEM parts.
DON’T DO IT.

Do NOT go to this store. My mother-​in law brought her phone to get the charging unit replaced. They told her it would take 2.5 hours to fix it. When we returned to the shop 2.5 hours later they said we had to wait another 25 minutes because the phone was being repaired at their other shop. The repairman got on the phone and was trying to tell us that it was the battery that needed to be changed too. My mother-​in law knew it was just the charging unit that needed to be repaired as we just had it looked at at Verizon. Then they changed their story saying it was just the charging unit andthat they would repair it. So after waiting already 3 hours the original repair never was completed! They said to come back in 30 minutes and it would be ready. Again we returned only to find the phone was still not back in the store. Finally the person returning the phone arrived back at the store. He scolded us, stating we were being inpatient when all we were doing was coming back when they told us to!
My mother-​in laws phone charging unit was fixed and now she can’t talk to anyone on the phone as the speaker is not working. She called back and they said it would be another $ 40 to fix it! It was not broke before they did the repair! What kind of business is this? Let’s fix one thing, break another and charge them more to fix it!

Second time I have been here. First time I came in to get a new Otter Box for my iPhone 4s. The guys were super helpful, showed me where they were and left me alone to choose — with no pressure. When I went to pay it, I commented that the price was higher than on the internet. We quibbled a little bit but they matched the price.
So today I was updating my IPhone when it bricked. It was dead ALL day till I got here. I explained what was wrong and the one guy hooked it up to his computer and brought it back to life in a few minutes. I was really thankful asking how much HE wanted and in his humble demeanor said ’ Nothing’. Wow that was cool.
So if you’re in the area of Grossmont shopping stop on by. They have most accessories for cellphones, including the protective films customized like everyone likes these days. They do tend to speak their own language amongst themselves, which some people might find rude, but give them a try !!

I had a good experience here getting screen protectors applied. Irene did a perfect job applying screen protectors to two phones — and of course they guarantee it. Irene was charming and professional. She was helpful and patient as we tried out various car mounts, arm bands, and cases. Because of the shop size, the selection isn’t comprehensive, but they have most of anything you might need, particularly for mainstream phones. I recommend you give them a try before heading to any of the larger chain shops.

We’ve shopped here for phone accessories quite often and have always found what we were looking for. We mostly show up for the screen protectors. They have many different kinds and at the best prices I’ve found in the area. They of course will also install them for you and they’ve always put them on perfectly for us. No bubbles or anything. They are also willing to work out deals on prices when you buy multiple items. I appreciate places that appreciate their customers.
This will continue to be our go-​to spot for phone goodies. Ask them to close their sliding glass door so you can see examples of all their screen protectors. It’s a genius idea and really lets you see what effect they have on your phone. Try the Hammer screen protectors or the tempered glass — both are extremely clear and protect your screen amazingly! We went with the Hammer protectors and love them.

Sorry about that one star review written a few months ago. I had a good experience,
buying a case with clip for my new smartphone. Irene helped me, and pointed me in the right direction. Friendly and polite, she knows her stuff. Everything is working well. Good selection.

Hands down most unprofessional establishment I have ever set foot in. My younger sister bought an iphone charger from an employee here who promised that if the product fell apart that she could exchange it. The cord didn’t last 24 hours before it fell apart so she asked me to go with her to exchange it. When we got there my sister explained, very respectfully, to the manager that his employee promised that if the cord broke that she could exchange it for another one. The manager became outraged and yelled at her saying that it was not his fault that the cord fell apart and that she needed to take responsibility for the fact that the cord had fallen apart. He was waving the broken cord around fiercely in one hand while he pointed in her face with his other hand as he lectured her. As if this guy’s treatment wasn’t bad enough, his employee who promised to take care of her if anything happened, was standing behind him with his arms crossed chuckling to himself. She was shaking and in tears. I can’t even call this place a business. It was more like a cheap garage sale run by jerks.

These guys are great. I had a chance to stop by here to find a cover for my Iphone. I had looked in all the other ATT stores and the employees would tell me,” Go down to the way right by Walmart and they have everything for your phone. ” Now this is a little hole in the wall. .
Now the thing that really made me pleased with his service is this, Another customer can in to make a return. Do not forget this place is not to big, about a double closet size if that big. He asked her what the problem was. She told him, he then said,” What can I do for you to be happy. (She had the same phone as I do) I chimed in and showed her what he had done. She said I want the same as I had mine.
So if you need something for your cell phone, give this guy a shot. I love the way that he dealt with my needs. Oh did I tell you, he is much cheaper than any other phone store in this mall. I asked for a discount and he said no problem.
