I have been in the auto detailing field since 1992. My first job was at Body Beautiful Car Wash in San Diego CA. After working with them for 3 years, I went to 2 other detail shops. In 1997, I started my own business and now enjoy providing mobile car wash and detailing services to my customers.

I still can’t believe how AMAZING my Chrysler Sebring looks now after BJ came to my home and spent about 2 hours giving it a premium hand wax! I mean, it really looks like a brand new car! He even got referrals from a few of my neighbors who were walking by and watching him work. They want him to come out and work on their car to bring them back to life. This was the best $ 100 bucks I’ve spent in a long time! You should definitely give him a call.

Phenomenal work! He managed to get several months of dog hair, teenager debris and goo off our BMW 5 series. The metallic black is not easy to maintain and he has the car looking new. No swirls or leftover wax anywhere. We normally have a professional aircraft cleaner detail the car but will be using Wash Me going forward. Right on time, fast communications, great price and super convenient to have the work completed where I am.

I called BJ yesterday and he came out this Saturday morning to wax and detail the exterior of my car. Wow, he did a great job! Not only is he a nice guy, but his prices are very reasonable. He said he would come to my home to wash and vacuum my car whenever needed for only $ 25.00, you would spend that at a good car wash, plus you don’t have to leave your home! Thanks BJ, you have a customer from now on.

I called BJ at 830 this morning for an engine cleaning. Saw his Unilocal reviews and gave him a shot. BJ arrived within the hour and knocked out the task quickly. Great guy with the right kind of personality at a reasonable price.

My dog dirtied up the interior of my car, so I started looking on Unilocal to find a good auto detailer. Now, the last time I had a car detailed, the dealership did it at the same time I took it in for service. Silly me to expect to get the same quality of service from Wash Me Mobile.
It started when I called BJ. He was nice enough, but not very professional. Not unprofessional, just not very professional. He said my car would be $ 95 to $ 150. He showed up mostly on time, took a look at my car and the estimate went up to $ 160. That’s still cheaper than most companies, so I said fine. I told him my goal was for him to make the interior «show room new». He finished three hours later, which I guess is not a bad labor rate for $ 160. I think he started getting tired or something though, because there were some obvious spots he missed with the Armor All or shampoo.
I went home and spent 20 minutes with my vacuum, Armor All and Windex, and the job was finally done. Not the worst thing to have to do, but after spending $ 160, I’d hope that finishing the job myself wouldn’t be necessary.
I think BJ bought some Armor All, a few rags and now calls himself a detailer. If you like things done right and like to hold people accountable, don’t call BJ. If you like to shop from Craigslist and can sacrifice quality for cost, BJ is your guy!

A visit from B.J. was the final step in the recent repair to my VW bumper. He addressed the finer points of modest over-​spray cleanup to surrounding areas and provided great tips/​suggestions for future at-​home applications. Being new to the area makes me rely heavily on Unilocal and once again it has not let me down. I found BJ on here and read his past reviews and decided to give him a shot. I ordered a full detail service for my boyfriends car as a birthday present (yes…i am a great girlfriend) and he spent 3 ½ hours detailing every inch of the dog haired filled, food stained, sticky floor matted thing my bf calls his car and it is now a brand new car!!! He even cleaned the engine and he is so happy with his gift that he actually said he won’t eat in his car anymore and the dog has to stay in the back seat! This is a miracle in itself let me tell you but more importantly is the amazing job that was done. BJ was professional and very nice. Even my neighbors came over and asked to have their car done after mine and they were so happy as well. I can’t recommend him enough and can’t wait for the payback of having my car done by BJ when it is my birthday! If there was a 6th star I would give it. THANKS BJ… add me to your repeat customer list!

BJ did an excellent job detailing our passat before we sold it. He was friendly, and honored the $ 95 mini-​detail. Price was great and it was super convenient having him come to our house. I will definitely be calling BJ again to do our suburban. I really do highly recommend him!

Great very personal service. Just be ready to wait a while. My little VW took about 30 min but it looked showroom-​new when these guys were done. They pay attention to the details — water drops, exhaust tips, lifting the wipers. Usually I’m That Guy in front of you at the car wash– holding everybody up while I point out things they’ve overlooked. Not at B&E. now if only someone would tell them what B&E means on TV cop shows. Lol.

I HIGHLY recommend BJ Tha Detailer! He did an amazing job on my Honda CRV I had just bought that was disgusting inside and out. BJ spent over 3 hours working on my car to make it look absolutely new. I had never hired a detailer before, but I will definitely call on BJ for any future detailing because he did an excellent job shampooing, cleaning, getting into every nook and cranny, scrubbed, and on the outside did a clay treatment, buffed, and waxed. BJ’s prices are more than reasonable and I paid under $ 100 which is $ 50 – 100 less than what you will find at detailing places in San Diego (I called on a lot of other detailers and did price comparisons). I have already recommended BJ to all my friends and I encourage you to give him a car, too!
